@MrSPIDEY21 idk if he was way better but I agree about looking cleaner. Shakur looks stiff at times and Floyd never had that problem. Floyd had that “water” his whole career. Shakurs iq is definitely up there with Floyds at the same age IMO. Technique wise he’s up there with Floyd too but his stiffness makes me believe Floyd was better at 25 than Shakur
To make matters worse for his opponents, he’s a lefty. Good luck to a right-handed fighter trying to establish a jab against Stevenson without getting countered all night. This dude’s going to be tough for anyone to deal with.
@Eddy A you call punching people more then they punch you while not getting hit running? You must of forgot how deadly pretty boy Floyd was before he started mastering defense a little more😂
Man Shakur really is a savant in that ring lol. As long as he stays focus and doesn’t let the fame and wealth get to him he’s going to be an all time great
@Edgar Sanchez and maidana ended up losing to Floyd and Mikey got dominated by Spence lol you Mexicans be so underline racist it’s a sport it’s not that serious I swear lol
@Edgar Sanchez Bruh Valdez is a 2 time Olympian, lost once, had 10 title fights. The nigga ain't b level but for the record post one of your fights Mexicant?
Great win by Shakur. 12 rounds of domination. Worked the jab all night setting Oscar up. Controlled the distance so Oscar couldn't land any effective shots. Moved around the ring beautifully and Oscar could never find his rhythm. Why did Oscar's face look like that if Shakur "ran" the whole fight? Defense is the other side of BOXING. If yall want to see fights with just offense I suggest searching youtube for street fights/brawls.
@James McDowell sorry it wasn’t close at all. Not sure what fight you were watching. Controlled tha pace distance landed more and cleaner punches had Valdez swinging for the fences. Even if shakur had a black eye it wasn’t beat up like Valdez it’s not because light skin because he was getting hit all night clean.
@driftking4 it's not that hard to tell if punches are landing. Maybe I see it differently but I never have that issue. I what the judges are looking for when it come to scoring. I see where the punches are placed vs where the other fight is hold his guard. I see it clear as day. This particular fight was clear to judge from any angle. Shakur is too defensively savy for Oscar and that's just what it is.
@Mo Wopp that's the thing with "boxing". It's hard to tell if the boxer is landing punches so if he is favored fighter they just give it to him. no second thought. Then when a boxer gets hurt all he needs to do is hug nonstop to not get ktfo and throw off the fighters momentum.
I do not understand why some people are sayin that Stevenson keeps on running. He simply is controlling and taking charge of the game.... Valdez however came to this fight with only one goal: to put pressure and hoping to land massive shots from there. His main issues with that are: - he only moves in one direction - a bit of head movements but have zero footwork and angle - he came to this fight as one dimensional fighter I am not sure if Valdez is the one to be blamed, but obviously he gave nothing in terms of multiple strategies to change the game to his favour... His coaching team fell way too short coming to this fight and had nothing to offer since the start of the bell. Valdez needs to change them if he wishes to upgrade himself to another level.
@Alejandro Arteaga you're not wrong. It just Valdez isn't that guy to get him new fans. He can easily play it safe with him. He needs someone like Davis or Haney who will force him to do more than outbox.
@Luis Gamez Valdez was popping Shakur in the face at will and punishing his body but they don't want to give Valdez any credit and make it seem like Shakur totally dominated.
@Luis Gamez Valdez is flatfooted but he didn't lose to conceicao. U can't win a fight by running away. Plus most of conceicao punches were hitting gloves. Conceicao was afraid to goe toe to toe cuz he got hurt multiple times. Shakur also hit a lot of gloves but announcers we're riding his nuts to the end. Horrible cards. Horrible judges.
Shakur boxed the shit out of Valdez , I watched this whole fight. I was almost damn uncomfortable watching this lopsided matchup but everytime shakur had that mischievous lil grin after the round it made me laugh lol Guys got serious skill
It looked like Valdez just gave up at some point, think, “I can’t beat this guy.” If they fought twenty times, I don’t think Valdez would win once. Too one-dimensional and way too slow.
Shakur was smart. He could’ve opened up a bit more but Valdez was still dangerous with counters. Good technical fight. Skills over performance enhancing drugs any day.
keeping the distance and powerful jab ......same depends and techniques used by Ali and Larry Holmes.....proper using of reach advantage..congrats shakur!!!!

@Steven S they may not have knockout power but they have respectable power… All you have to do is look at their opponents face after the fights it be all jacked up just saying…
@Jake DeMichele Haney does have same style only person Haney has really fought is Linares and to my point Haney out boxed the shit out of him but couldn't get him out of there and giving Linares the opportunity to rock Haney ass more then once so yeah if a A class fighter don't respect your power Shakur gonna have problems just my opinion though
Mexicans can fight. *BUT ARE NOT ATHLETIC* Blks can fight and *ARE VERY ATHLETIC* . Conclusion: *MOSTLY BET ON BLK A BOXER TO WHOOP A MEXICAN WHILE RUNNING CIRCLES ARPUND HIS FLATFOOTED ASS*

Stevenson had a bit of trouble when Valdez used head movement to get in the pocket in the beginning if he kept that up maybe different fight but Valdez got shut down completely what a dominant performance
Crazy part is had Shakur walked Valdez down in the 9th ish round like he did toward the end of the 12th when he was able to shrug Valdez around he would’ve got him out of there no doubt. Shakur is skilled but he also has a mean streak behind that smile.

Boxing requires offensive and defensive High guard and leaning forward = lost. Skilled fighting isn't a black and white thing. It understanding the limitations of the obstacle in front of you. Not getting hit means you can walk away from boxing and be able to mental function. Small taps to the head can cause brain damage.
Stevenson iq and footwork and jabs and timing and speed and defense clearly won him the fight fairly easily shukar talent is simply God gifted talent not like other boxers talent expect for Floyd he makes world champion fighters who have multiple belts look extraordinary to ordinary with his skills in my opinion he's the best out of the lightweight division he's number 1 I don't care number would probably have to be tank Davis for his knock out power and boxing iq footwork and defense 3.devin Haney Speed and boxing iq and the jab and footwork and headmovement
*_Jeremiah 17.5 Thus says the Lord: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord. 7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord._* _Jesus Christ loves you. @Only Boxing whos them ? You mean mexican fans? The ones that keep this sport basically alive. Shakur is special , but he didnt shame anybody my boy , last time i checked the p4p king is mexican , and mexicans and blacks dominate boxing , for evey win we get you guys get another...
Want another reason why Oscar is a warrior? Despite fighting with broken jaws and being an underdog winning knockout of the year. He didn’t use any excuses, the reporter at the end of the fight tried tied their very best to get an excuse and even tried with eddy Reynoso and it didn’t work
All respect to Valdez he’s tough but like I said before the fight he ain’t on shakur level & he was gone get dominanted shakur could’ve won all 12 rounds but he gave 2 rounds to Oscar
I understand but it’s not as simple as ok you throw the Jab too…shakur executed the gameplan he had going into fight and Valdez didn’t. If he tried to go jab for jab he would have been picked apart by counter punches even worse than he was
He was bigger. Longer reach and it was his time. But El Rayo Valenzuela is Ready for you. Got same reach dame style. There's Mexican Boxer for days that just need a aportunity for a this so called undefeated Fighters
Haha. There was no switch up in the game plan at all! Shakur had the same moves over and over, yet Valdez approached him the same way. Shakur pulls back and then slips off line, and sometimes goes into a Philly shell, counters here and there. I think Oscar should've used more combinations, he usually stopped after two punches. Just simply outclassed.
Straight facts: “he needs to save all that energy he’s using to hit his gloves together, and needs to be trying to hit Shakur Stevenson” . was doing that most of the fight but doing nothing in return . got out boxed and out classed by somebody that he claimed to have more experience than . got his ass handed to him .
@Eddy A casuals don't really understand boxing i get it. The sweet science is to hit and not be hit. Using foot work to get in and out is part of it. Anyone who wants a long career does not stand in front of people like a heavy bag
THIS WAS NO MATCH! Stevenson was so great the fight wasn't even a match. Stevenson didn't have a mark on his face, and he upset Oscar Valdez. He must be the greatest. He told the world, he talked to God every day, he said if God is with him he can't lose.
Óscar Valdez no puede con los pesos ligeros le hemos visto las peleas desde que destrozó a otro mexicano pero este iba débil por COVID es mi punto de vista
Man the better man finally got Oscar that’s crazy 🍻🍻 I still Like Oscar’s style but man I knew shakur had some mad talent hidden .. and he still has so much to learn 🍻🍻👍
Shakur's style is almost similar to Errol Spence's. I just know he is hating Canelo right now for making him m take that fight. Canelo is a hater. He wanted Valdez to have a loss on his record just like him. Sad, but true.
Shakur reflex at 6:13 show me how really good he really is! Throwing that left uppercut and same time avoiding the counter left hook from Valdez is just so underrated and it's why I think he be able to outbox Tank if dey finally meet. Lil things like these go unnoticed but ate real important.
@Jose Rodriguez they said the same about Valdez yes tank has power but can he land it on Shakur nawl I don't think so I honestly think Shakur picks him apart as well
Even oscar wants to get close shakur manage to keep range with his jabs and combinations. And when valdez gets inside he clinched. Nice offence and defence
Shakur made Valdez look like maidana always does but against mayweather the second time the only difference is shakur had youth mayweather didn’t if Floyd fought maidana at shakurs age that’s how it would look that being said shakur is the truth.
LET ME PLEASE SAY THIS IN CAP FIRST AND THEN GO TO THE FIGHT REACTION. : Thanks God we have this Crowd and Boxers and Referee WITHOUT THE FUCKING MASK !!!! I thought this shit would last forever. Fucking pandemic destroyed and tortured our humanity. Feels so happy watching how things are getting to normal again. Thanks .thanks. Thanks GOD. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍 Now ....back to the FIGHT. I'm new watching these 2 Boxers . Never heard of them. Probably because they're not still too famous or because I've been away for a while. Anyway....Easy win for Stevenson. Oscar just didn't have no chance. Why ? Cause Stevenson came with the exactly RIGHT PLAN . He was taller and stronger than Valdez. So he's like.... there's no way this dude is coming inside and get closer. I'm gonna keep him away and that's it. Valdez punches were falling in Jamaica while Stevenson was in U.S.A. 😆😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣🤭🤭🤭 Too far away . Couldn't make an impact. Stevenson was patience. Used the distance and used speed . And if they fight again. And he use the same game plan .....he'll win again. You can't get a break and do damage to someone if you can't get to him and hit him . Valdez is good. But he wasn't expecting Stevenson to stick to his plan. Case closed.
what a disappointment. Valdez the reigning champion didn't perform like a true champion in this fight. it is shocking the weird stance and style that he showed against stevenson. i've never seen this kind of cocky slow body movement of jumping while covering and just trying to get closer to a fighter but never really doing anything serious. He was seen acting too respectful and careful of stevenson's power punches. he was awkward weird jumpy quirky and out of sync with his boxing style. he was not his usual self. he was not the great valdez that night. he certainly lacked the lustre and strength and agility demonstrated in prior fights. it seemed that valdez was just afraid to get hurt by stevenson, since he risked very little although at times he opened himself too much in trying desperately to get within stevenson's reach. normally an experienced fighter would just play careful and start out slow in order to study his opponent's style and search and find some weaknesses in the process. but here valdez didn't do any of that. he appeared to want to beat stevenson right from the start of the match. stevenson too was a bit careful, at first sort of waiting for valdez to enter before throwing his punches, being on guard that is. stevenson would counterpunch valdez whenever the opportunity allowed it. but you did not see a stevenson who went for the kill for instance or a stevenson who threw and landed many combination punches in an effort to knockout his opponent. there was not knockout attempts in this fight. only at one point did valdez slipped and was penalized for it. still stevenson looked like the better fighter inside the ring, landing many shots to valdez's body. valdez did not throw combination punches as he should have done, he looked locked up inside, he was moving but not doing anything to hurt stevenson. how could a champion valdez just stand before an opponent with his hands and arms covering his face and head waiting to be hit???? what kind of boxing fighter is that???! for most of the fight valdez fought that way. just allowing stevenson to hit him as if he were a sitting duck during target practice. stevenson even started to extend his arms as if aiming to hit before actually throwing any punches, which valdez repeatedly and willingly allowed. valdez looked old, slow, lost, unable to enter stevenson's guard, he kept trying to find a way to hit him but never really did any serious damage. stevenson on the other hand looked like everything was fine, it was too easy, just too damn easy for stevenson who wasn't touched throughout the entire fight, which can be seen at the end when he dances around the ring celebrating his guaranteed win. despite these odd occurrences, it was a very exciting fight and a rematch is probably NOT needed. valdez should either train more or fight other weaker players and leave stevenson alone.
Thats how you whoop ass and absorb minimal damage. LMAO I would have ran too. An angry person that has been out boxed is dangerous lmao. The name of the game is hit and try to not get hit, at least too much haha.

Shakur has Roy Jones potential. He should watch Roy Jones vs Harding and Roy Jones vs Tarver first fight a billion times. Roy fought his toughest opponents in those fightd and Shakur can learn techniques he needs to become unbeatable 1. Better body attack by using double jab to get in close then attack body 2. He needs to add better combinations punching to body when in close 3. He will see in Roy Jones vs Harding how Roy took away Harding counter by ducking and moving after he throws a punch and also after he throws say straight right hand he would hold and grab to prevent Harding from counter punching 4. He needs more effective jab he was doing to much pawing with the jab. 5. He needs to learn to circle opponent Ike Roy Jones and use speed and combination punching. Roy Jones vs Harding showed how Roy literally neutralized all of his opponents strengths with speed, movement and combination punching. Shakur needs to add more of all three to become unbeatable
Knockdown at 5:45

@HeavyIzThaCrown - Floyd and Shakur are different fighters. I personally think Shakur is much more polished at 24 than Floyd was though.
Lol brah, he can’t just box. This kid is in another league. He’s a notch above Spence and Crawford. Maybe a future GOAT
Man Shakur really is a savant in that ring lol. As long as he stays focus and doesn’t let the fame and wealth get to him he’s going to be an all time great

@infernokiller15 Another whitey that don't know boxing
The last miss from Valdez is hilarious 😂 Shakur ran just like Oscar Valdez has been running for years
The laugh from Tim lol
@Sutphin Smooth he gone show these non believers real soon 🤝
@Khalil Carter I deleted that bro🤝🏾 my bad
My bad 🤝🏾 I seen some other comments and I'm like damn.... we know Valdez got hands, but SS is a different beast.
@Sutphin Smooth I’m on Shakurs side bro lol
Great win by Shakur. 12 rounds of domination. Worked the jab all night setting Oscar up. Controlled the distance so Oscar couldn't land any effective shots. Completely outclassed him. Wouldn’t think he was a champion by watching this bout. Shakur 💪🏾
@Axteca77 Everyone knows castillo was clearly robbed its MONEY Mayweather we talking about here 🤷♂️
@Mr. Brooks Let me ask you now, how'd you score that fight be honest.
@Axteca77 what rounds
@Mr. Brooks I had the fight 116 to 112 for Castillo, which was what the majority of observers had the bout at, all three judges has ridiculous scores.
@Axteca77 I’m sure you realize boxing is judged round by round and not in its totality, right?
I do not understand why some people are sayin that Stevenson keeps on running. He simply is controlling and taking charge of the game.... Valdez however came to this fight with only one goal: to put pressure and hoping to land massive shots from there.

Yup you're right, I knew this was going to happen. Valdez is flatfooted. Concencio won their last fight and from that I knew Valdez was going to lose.
Shakur boxed the shit out of Valdez , I watched this whole fight. I was almost damn uncomfortable watching this lopsided matchup but everytime shakur had that mischievous lil grin after the round it made me laugh lol Guys got serious skill
Before Oscar lost that fight, he was 30 plus and 0 with a high knockout ratio winning for about 10 years straight.. Shakur is just special
Very accurate
I’m Mexican but I’ll be honest Stevenson was way better congratulations
I’m Chinese
Don't need eyes to see that
I gv Valdez credit he fought him. Others are scared.
Didn't know difference in racial culture means ... nvm GLAD SHAKUR BEAT HIM 🥊
Dude dominated him
Shakur was smart. He could’ve opened up a bit more but Valdez was still dangerous with counters. Good technical fight. Skills over performance enhancing drugs any day.
Shakur has a real speciality at measuring distance and keeping the lead foot dominant of Valdez. His footwork is underrated
Exactly. I’ve been saying that for the longest time now Ant. I’m telling you man, Shakur will retire undefeated. He’s literally a genius in the ring.
Shakur remained unfazed throughout the whole fight. Complete domination.
Absolutely
keeping the distance and powerful jab ......same depends and techniques used by Ali and Larry Holmes.....proper using of reach advantage..congrats shakur!!!!
💯💯 Brent. Shakur is special
Valdez had no answer. Shakur was picking him apart. No headmovement from Valdez.
@BLUM PKIN One dimensional, limited fighting IQ, average athleticism and skills. Courage and heart can only take you so far.
@DYaaOnG No he didnt
He didn't adjust

@Mike Robinson 💯💯
@No Limit Shaun Yep 👍💯. When asked about Shakur's power, Valdez said that Shakur's, " power was there". So that feather fisted stuff is a lie
Incredible gameplan n fight by Stevenson. He dominated the fight..controlled where they fought, the pace and never lost control of the action. Valdez tough but not as skilled clearly. Good fight, but not as good as Taylor vs Serrano.
Such a masterclass performance by Shakur
Oh yeah absolutely Kwame
I’m impressed with Stevenson he shows great poise, and confidence
You should watch all of his fights.. he literally makes easy work out of everybody!
Oscar “ let me smack my gloves instead of smacking my opponent” VALDEZ!!
That was beautiful my brother. I've only seen a few of your fights, but now I will be watching everyone from here on. They say that you learned from the best. Now I know. 👍😎
Oh yeah he’s something different.. if you ask me, the first of his kind
Stevenson looks bigger than a lot of true lightweights.
Might be the only one to beat tank right now

I got shakur over Haney….tank power might give shakur some trouble but he’s so defensively sound that I’d still like shakur in that fight

This is the style that Mexicans call running but face ends up a pumpkin. Learn how to box and stop hating on black boxers. 🤦🏾♂️
Mexicans can fight. *BUT ARE NOT ATHLETIC*
Blks can fight and *ARE VERY ATHLETIC* .
Conclusion: *MOSTLY BET ON BLK A BOXER TO WHOOP A MEXICAN WHILE RUNNING CIRCLES ARPUND HIS FLATFOOTED ASS*
Real talk ✊🏾✊🏾
Black ppl alway run man up and fight like a man
Because they lack footwork, they think someone suppose to stand flatfooted and tee off on each other.
Fasho black brotha 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👊🏾👊🏾
Yo Timmy's laugh at the end of the video priceless 🤣
Pobre Valdez le dieron hasta con la cubeta a Reynoso se le difultan los boxeadores como Floyd que son más rápidos pareciera no supiera preparar a sus boxeadores con este estilo difícil!.
Crowd was ridiculous, But Shakur was playing with Valdez
@Only Boxing the last moment of the fight where shakur was running around was next level trolling 😂
I swear he was
¿Exceso de confianza? Tanto Oscar como Canelo subestimaron a los rivales que tenían enfrente y ahí están las consecuencias, hora de trabajar duro y ver qué harán con Eddy Reynoso.
When fighters lose that perfect record. I bet they drink and cry all night 🤣🤣🤣
Shakur's reaction @3:50 is hilarious 🤣
😁😁😁😁
Valdez could’ve just stayed home if he was just going to hold his hands up all fight.
@Eddy A Mexicans really don’t understand the art of boxing. Which is why Americans have more titles then you guys.
@Zachary Rogers Sr stop making excuses oscar trash shakur had 15 fights right?

@Eddy A Damn gardener
@YoungwarriorforChrist🔥 facts 😂
Metódico matemático y muy centrado Stevenson , Un futuro Muy Prometedor. Me recuerda a Sal Sánchez, el Arte del box pega y no dejes q te peguen ,
Shakur amazing, he came up sparring and learning from a lot of great fighters and the styles and knowledge he borrowed and makes his own is just slick
He’ll never be beat
Valdez had no right sharing the ring with Stevenson. Hard to believe Valdez was a champion he fought like a novice.
Stevenson make everybody he fight look like that. No matter how good they are
Stevenson had a bit of trouble when Valdez used head movement to get in the pocket in the beginning if he kept that up maybe different fight but Valdez got shut down completely what a dominant performance
It's almost how Floyd Mayweather dominated Canelo...
@Show Time for me toughest fight for Floyd was Sugar Shane Mosley
@Whatscrackinese canelo was one of the easiest fights for floyd
@Khalil Carter i like when Augustus whooped Floyd too
Exactly like it.
@Whatscrackinese u ain't straight in ur head
Crazy part is had Shakur walked Valdez down in the 9th ish round like he did toward the end of the 12th when he was able to shrug Valdez around he would’ve got him out of there no doubt. Shakur is skilled but he also has a mean streak behind that smile.
That was impressive af…Stevenson gets better every fight. The other champs in the division make mistakes and I just don’t see many with Stevenson
I don’t see many either Marcellus. I can’t see a loss in his future either. I study them all, nobody fights like Shakur
Shakur has great timing and precision.
If you were waiting for the second coming of Pretty Boy Floyd, Shakur just told us, sorry for the wait 🤣🤣
Mannn Stevenson beat this dude like he stole something 🙄 LITERALLY THIS WAS A SLAUGHTER FRIM JUMP
Def telling the truth on that
Was going for Valdez since I’m Mexican but not mad shakur won since I’m from Nj and mad close to Newark, Shakur is 100% the better fighter
Shakur reflexes are that of the matrix.. This was surgical 🙌🏿
I swear

Boxing requires offensive and defensive
High guard and leaning forward = lost.
Skilled fighting isn't a black and white thing.
It understanding the limitations of the obstacle in front of you.
Not getting hit means you can walk away from boxing and be able to mental function.
Small taps to the head can cause brain damage.
Absolutely. Everything you said was accurate. I hope people actually read your comment
Shakur put a straight up ass whooping on that boy! Let's go King 👑 💪
Stevenson iq and footwork and jabs and timing and speed and defense clearly won him the fight fairly easily shukar talent is simply God gifted talent not like other boxers talent expect for Floyd he makes world champion fighters who have multiple belts look extraordinary to ordinary with his skills in my opinion he's the best out of the lightweight division he's number 1 I don't care number would probably have to be tank Davis for his knock out power and boxing iq footwork and defense
3.devin Haney
Speed and boxing iq and the jab and footwork and headmovement
I can tell you really watch boxing. People don’t understand that his knockouts don’t matter right now, the kid is beating everybody up bad
Lol, they were booing shakur in the beginning. The man came in and put them to shame 😂

@Francis it's cute. Yall got a mini wannabee canelo🤣
@Luis Gutierrez The P4P isn’t even a real list. It’s full of peoples opinions. Ain’t no king in a P4P.
@Luis Gutierrez you’re addressing the wrong person, I didn’t write the comment
@Only Boxing whos them ?
You mean mexican fans? The ones that keep this sport basically alive.
Shakur is special , but he didnt shame anybody my boy , last time i checked the p4p king is mexican , and mexicans and blacks dominate boxing , for evey win we get you guys get another...
You never would've known Oscar was remotely the best in the division the way Shakur dominated him.
Very very true 80
In Round 3, Valdez outlanded Shakur according to punch stat.
Lol, that's surprising. 💀
Gotta rewatch that part to see how that even happened.
Shakur is literally a clone of Floyd its insane
I wouldn’t say a clone. He’s actually more elusive.
Want another reason why Oscar is a warrior? Despite fighting with broken jaws and being an underdog winning knockout of the year. He didn’t use any excuses, the reporter at the end of the fight tried tied their very best to get an excuse and even tried with eddy Reynoso and it didn’t work
YEAH ITS PRETTY HARD TO GIVE AN EXCUSE WHEN YOU CAN’T FIGHT THE GUY WHOSE KICKING YO AZZ
All respect to Valdez he’s tough but like I said before the fight he ain’t on shakur level & he was gone get dominanted shakur could’ve won all 12 rounds but he gave 2 rounds to Oscar
What did Valdez expect standing in front of Shakur the whole time?

@Rich Mutts Music Totally agree.
I understand but it’s not as simple as ok you throw the Jab too…shakur executed the gameplan he had going into fight and Valdez didn’t. If he tried to go jab for jab he would have been picked apart by counter punches even worse than he was
tiene Q buscar otro entrenador sino la carrera se termino para valdez
He was hoping to block the shots ...with his face
Beautiful performance by Shakur. He outbox valdez with elegance .
Goodness, Valdez keeps throwing double and tripple right hands instead of double and tripple left hands. That was just idiotic.
Shakur just out classed him. Theres levels to this

@Eddy A lmao boxing is not just about power. You need to use your brain too.
@Eddy A casuals don't really understand boxing i get it. The sweet science is to hit and not be hit. Using foot work to get in and out is part of it. Anyone who wants a long career does not stand in front of people like a heavy bag
Shakur was running a lot 😂
Lvls lol
THIS WAS NO MATCH! Stevenson was so great the fight wasn't even a match. Stevenson didn't have a mark on his face, and he upset Oscar Valdez. He must be the greatest. He told the world, he talked to God every day, he said if God is with him he can't lose.
💯🙏🏾
Óscar Valdez no puede con los pesos ligeros le hemos visto las peleas desde que destrozó a otro mexicano pero este iba débil por COVID es mi punto de vista
Valdez constantly hitting his gloves after Shakur landed clean shots = frustration.
They all are after they fight Shakur.. Everybody gets treated the same. Big, small, puncher or not, they can’t touch him
Man the better man finally got Oscar that’s crazy 🍻🍻 I still
Like Oscar’s style but man I knew shakur had some mad talent hidden .. and he still has so much to learn 🍻🍻👍
Oh yeah Michael absolutely
All that training Valdez did with CA camp, went right out the window.
😁
Shakur is just too damn good. That simple.
first time watching him fight,,you will be unbeaten for a long period of time,,shakur offense n defense wow!!!
He’s definitely one of a kind
No lo ISO tan mal Valdez lo puede lograr no es insensible sacur arriba México
Big up to Shakur... much love from the Bronx
Damn stevenson had too much fun. He made it look easy.
I swear Dev
Shakur fights like Money May; he got a bright future ahead of him.
Absolutely Christian
Shakur's style is almost similar to Errol Spence's. I just know he is hating Canelo right now for making him m take that fight. Canelo is a hater. He wanted Valdez to have a loss on his record just like him. Sad, but true.
Shakur reflex at 6:13 show me how really good he really is! Throwing that left uppercut and same time avoiding the counter left hook from Valdez is just so underrated and it's why I think he be able to outbox Tank if dey finally meet. Lil things like these go unnoticed but ate real important.
@Jose Rodriguez his defense isn't as good and he won't land power punches Shakur is to smart for that
@Matty Ice Tank is just as quick as Shakur so he will land punches especially power shots.
@Jose Rodriguez they said the same about Valdez yes tank has power but can he land it on Shakur nawl I don't think so I honestly think Shakur picks him apart as well
Naw, Tank would knock out Shakur. He has power in both hands and Tank has a very good chin.
it landed. Play it at 0.25x speed
This happens when a smaller fighter moves up to take on a natural fighter won’t work
Damn this was worse than I remembered🤣
Even oscar wants to get close shakur manage to keep range with his jabs and combinations. And when valdez gets inside he clinched. Nice offence and defence
This wat I'm talking about fights that worth watching
💯💯💯
It was almost comparable to a Lion toying around with a single Hyena. I really like this kid
Oh yeah. Shakur is def the real deal
Simplemente le dieron a don oscar valdez clases de BOXEO, este muchachito es todo un profesional lo que valdez no tiene 😭😂
Aye lol when you getting to tapping yo gloves together you know you getting yo ass kicked 😂😂🔥
😁😁
Shakur too good. Valdez couldn’t do anything.
Shakur hands down Best prospect in boxing right now . Ringmanship was incredible
I like how Bud was hype for the young beast Shakur Stevenson
you can tell the vibes of the crowd were against stevenson.
@Only Boxing facts
Yeah they was booing him when he came out. The crowd was pro Valdez
It’s the running at the end of the round 12 for me😂😂
😁😁😭😭
Shakur made Valdez look like maidana always does but against mayweather the second time the only difference is shakur had youth mayweather didn’t if Floyd fought maidana at shakurs age that’s how it would look that being said shakur is the truth.
Shakur is gonna be the next ATG just like Mayweather/Pacquiao. Calling this now. Beautiful boxing skills
Absolutely
🤔 Perhaps the first time Stevenson has been down in the ring; as he decided to take a knee and propose to the mother of his child. Way to go champ!
LET ME PLEASE SAY THIS IN CAP FIRST AND THEN GO TO THE FIGHT REACTION. :
Thanks God we have this Crowd and Boxers and Referee WITHOUT THE FUCKING MASK !!!!
I thought this shit would last forever. Fucking pandemic destroyed and tortured our humanity. Feels so happy watching how things are getting to normal again. Thanks .thanks. Thanks GOD. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍
Now ....back to the FIGHT.
Too far away .
Shakur looks amazing as fan I love his game and wish him success
💯💯💯
Thats how you whoop ass and absorb minimal damage. LMAO I would have ran too. An angry person that has been out boxed is dangerous lmao. The name of the game is hit and try to not get hit, at least too much haha.
So many times Stevenson coulda pulled the trigger on that left nd didn’t! He coulda got a easy k.o

I was thinking samething....more uppercuts woulda got Valdez outta there
@Nvtkrazy left to the body was to … especially with that high guard Valdez was doing
That uppercut was there all night.
There will never be a fighter like Roy Jones. The fastest reflexes of all time when he was in his prime. Natural born gift. That can't be taught.
Absurda la decisión de Valdez de estar siempre con la guardia cerrada a tiro de Stvenson, sin sacar golpes .
That last punch Valdez threw 🤦♂️
Oscar Valdez fue un rival débil para zakur absorbió muchos golpes en todas las contiendas
Shakur took that 1 loss in the olympic and said never again kids something special. Completely dominance
Absolutely
It must be the most frustrating thing as a fighter to have a guy in front of you, and no matter what you throw at him, you can't touch him..lol
😂😁😁
