ok, then you should work out your arms, btw you don't need that much arm strength for a an aerial. you just need enough power to swing your arms fast.
what do mean difficulty? my arms are very weak compared to my legs if that's what you mean.
what's your difficulty..yes strength everywhere helps, not just upper or lower.
actually I take my first comment back. I was thinking of something totally different. what's a totorail??? but you could still answer my question on the first comment plz?? :)
I did but I ended up doing a lame backflip with a really sore arm and side. I think I'm not getting very because my upper arm strength isn't great and my speed doesn't help either. Do you think if I build up my upper body and arms it would help do better aerial and the rest of the flips?
watch a totorail.. I learned it first try after watching on and it leads you in to way sicker moves like the reverse Aerial and X Aerial aswell as the b-twist.

jump higher, and swing your legs as fast as possible, and don't wait to land after you jump finish the landing as soon as possible.
I always get sooooo close to doing an aerial!!! but every time I do one, I always either fall on my shoulder or crash down on my hand... what do I do????
