Reminds me of my father. He raised bees. For years as a young child I hated honey bees (stings)....but as I matured and saw the benefits. If not allergic, getting stung once monthly by a honey bee actually helps arthritis. Eating honey that is local to where you are also greatly reduces allergies and helps the bee stings not hurt so bad, for me anyway. Another thing is bees do not like dark colors (black, navy blue, dark gray) It reminds them of predators i.e. bears and skunks. That is why bee suits are light colored. So they be come defensive....not violent. Honey Bees are not intentionally aggressive. They can sense fear (certain hormones are released from humans and animals). Remember it's their lively hood to create food for the hive. When that is taken, they respond. However, if the bee keeper does not remove the excess honey or add another "Super" (box of frames for honey) the bees will run out of room. I am not an expert. This is what my father told me. He raised a small group of bee hives until he was 80 and could no longer do it. I hope others will continue to raise honey bees. They do more than just make honey. Our crops and flowers depend on them. 🐝

During its lifetime, one bee produces one flat teaspoon of honey, and to produce 1 kg of honey, bees have to visit several million flowers. Statistically, a beekeeper receives 15-20 kg of honey from one bee colony. In turn, 1 kg of bees has about 10 thousand. individuals. To produce 1 kg of honey, bees have to visit several million flowers. The mother bee, known as the queen, lives 3-4 years. The worker bee lives from 4 to 6 weeks during the beekeeping season. i didn’t know that centrifuges were used. i’ve only ever seen people scraping out the whole tray, honeycomb and all. its nice that there’s a way to get the honey without destroying all the bees hard work on the comb! 🐝

Непосвящённому в тонкости производства мёда, может показаться как здесь всё продуманно и безупречно. Я бы не придерживалась такой точки зрения. Не буду их перечислять, но то, что мёд на выходе очень жидкий и после качки ему даже не дают, как говорят пчеловоды, "отпыхнуться", остыть. Он ещё как-бы парной, а его сразу фасуют. Повышенное количество влаги несложно определить по той струе мёда, которая стекает в баночку, не образуя на поверхности упругую, нерастекающуюся пирамидку.
Такой мёд с повышенной влажностью никогда долго не будет храниться.

Как всё граматно сделано, респект вам.

In the USA we usually wait until the honey is ripe and entire frame is capped before harvesting. Too much unripe nectar leads to fermentation.

벌이 사라지면 인류도 사라질 수 있다고 하네요. 왜냐면 식물은 번식하려면 스스로 짝짓기를 못하고 벌이 꽃가루를 몸에 뭍혀서 옮겨줘야 되는데 그게 안되면 제대로된 열매를 맺지 못한다고합니다.
