That's genius. I would recommend using the drill for that instead of the compact impact. You only get a certain number of blows out of that hammer mechanism and you're not benefiting from them in this task.

Не какого другого а именно такое да?) при этом если колеса пробиты, они уже спущены, а если спускают за час, то можно каждых 20 минут останавливаться и подкачивать. При этом не факт что не убьешь дамкрат, что в итоге не поднимешь машину что бы установить колесо. А главное в вашем случаи надо возить 2-ва домкрата, 1-н держит машину а 2-й занимаешься фигней. При этом когда будешь это делать, есть большой шанс что машина с домкрата слетит. Вариант не рабочий от слова вообще. Ну убить покрышку, домкрат, много времени на подготовку. есть более легкие способы.

I feel like I invented this in the 90s lol. That's how I used to break down my tires. Back of a vehicle with a trailer hitch, a scissor jack, socket wrench or power drill, and viola! But this guy went the extra mile to mount it and put the bead breaker on it and all. Nice job! 😎

He needs to show the whole process: Bead break, remove tire from rim, repair tire or replace tire, put it back on rim, inflate tire, and (most importantly) rebalance this tire. Show me all this or it's still just easier to let those who have the equipment perform this task.

cool I made kind of the same type of device for my car easy works with any car with no installation needed. I call it a 2×10 about 4 ft long.

Hats off to whoever designed the jack. The half inch impact isn't doing very much work.
It's not that big of an achievement, the screw jack is doing most of the work. Turning the screw only takes maybe 20-30 lb-ft of torque.

Dude this is a good idea. I got this one tire that is stubborn as hell so it's sitting in my backyard just staring at me every time I walk by it.
The reason bumper jacks for older vehicles had a curved front on the base was so they could be used to brake the beads on tires.

Bumper jacks on the 1960s and 50s and even the 70s cars had a curve that match the rim. And you could break the bead with the bumper jack.
