He really couldve just painted a black spot on the wall to look like a hole, but id definitely love something like this painted on my wall! (Minus an actual hole)

I would only do that if the hole was already there. But I wouldn’t purposefully do it

The characters, especially Jerry, are in different positions at the end. Jerry is definitely closer to the hole in the final shot. He may have edited the video with another painting of this but yeah the final video shot is definitely not what he was painting on video.

I'd try it with those stencils, but I'd just go and paint a classic cartoon mouse hole rather than bust a hole in my wall. Now if I found a hole that was already there, then that might be a different story.
