No. Dude couldn’t run two 8 minute miles if his life depended on it. He’s dead scared of cardio which is the most important aspect of health and strength, period!!
Dude he gets to fuck around at comedy clubs and then work 6 hours a week. That's not an inhuman work drive, that's straight up privilege, I'd be shredded too if I didn't work 55 hours a week LMAO
Don't listen to this people bro, they ain't got any class consciousness. Life is not a meritocracy, we are not robots we are human beings and the "capitalist" mindset is trashy and full of lies. Read Grapes of wrath, it's a great book.
Don't directly compare yourself to these established guys. They have worked to a point now where they enjoy their work and life, and have a team taking care of the "mundane" tasks. But their drive and values are still why they have made it there.
@Journey MY Journal Yeah cool, you can write as long of a word salad as you like. What I was obviously saying is that their "drive and values" obviously aren't what got them their, but rather sheer dumb luck. Which is the actual reality of the situation... lol.
@Fitz Sounds like he's saying all the hard work that's a chore to do now, will enable you to be comfortable and enjoy the hard work you continue to put in later. So rather than compare yourselves to the finished product, and wonder why they make it look so easy, establish the drive they had in their formative years. All he needed to do is round it off with purpose, which is to bring value to the world in your own way, once you know this, then you will enjoy, and be prepared to die for what your path is.
Yeah sure, except replace "But their drive and values are still why they have made it there", with 'sheer dumb luck' and you'll start to have a more accurate statement.
yeah but it's better than overworking yourself and not taking care of your body. I see so many ppl do this and then wonder why they become depressed. take care of the mind and body they are one.
@1754 I know we live in a digital world and sarcasm is hard to identify sometimes...but c'mon man. I was being sarcastic. And if you know that and still think my comment needed a re-think, I just don't know what to say to that.
Yeah especially when you're having countless joints and drinks with it lol (don't forget roids). Can't believe what kind of shit posts get hyped and people buy it.
Coincidentally the more successful you are financially by honing the skills related to your craft, the more capable you are of investing time & money into taking excellent care of your health... Thanks for this nothing-burger piece of advice!
Dude I work 50 hours a week making just above minimum and I’ve got about 20 hours of school each week and my health is the best it’s ever been. Granted I’m 20, single with no kids but your health is worth investing in even if you’re flat broke with no time.
Been invested in my health since I was a teenager, thanks to my dad. 32 now, ten years in the Army, this month, and so many of my brothers had to leave service before they were ready because their bodies broke. Mine broke too, many times, but because I'm blessed with the knowledge I have I've been able to come back, when I was told I couldn't, over and over. I'm not hobbling around, I'm breaking my records from high school in some areas. Now 2 more years and I'll get out, 1 year of school then I'll commission as a physical therapist and I'll be able to do what I've already been doing for soldiers, but that will be my main responsibility.
And if you wanna do something along the lines of what Rogan’s done you should put that knowledge out into the world. Make videos on what military life is really like, do podcasts with other veterans, etc. Hell man, write a book about your experiences. This is prime time.
@rayn First of all that's not a saying, no one has ever said that before lol. Second of all, that's just demonstrably false. Like what the actual fuck? How dumb do you have to be to believe that?
You do realize he sacrificed entertainment and enjoying life to get rich and get somewhere, you losers always knock down successful people because you know you're just in a cycle and too lazy to sacrifice stuff to change your life.
I'm a lawyer. If you judge my work according to meetings with opposing parties or court hearings, you'd think I do very little work. However, when you walk a mile in my shoes, go through the long hours of research, discussion, strategy making, motion writing etc., you'll see that it takes a lot of work to get to those 4h in court. In the same way, Joe has to do research, keep up with his guests and the topics they'll wanna talk about, work on his comedy material, stay in close touch with the MMA world etc.. A lot of work goes into those things, you just see the end product.
@* CC* you’re right it’s many years of hard work, but that’s not what is talked about here. The dude in the video talks about him now working hard and staying competitive. Physically, Joe doesn’t work extremely hard. There are actually many out-of-shape celebrities who are still working in their 60s and 70s and are competitive.
noice loop 👌 and great take. ive started noticing this myself but hearing it from someone and seeing a real life example of how taking care of yourself physically can really improve your life in other ways, really motivates me to continue on this path of betterment
@Wlaadimir Messro people are just dumb for taking roids... Young men take it at a young age because they want asthetics w out thinking about their future
So brave. This needed to be said. So many people don’t know taking care of your health is a good thing. I thought it was bad. This is the first I’m hearing of this. From now on, no more little Debbie’s for dinner. And no more heroine for dessert.
This is unironically so true and what a lot of the "just work hard all the time 24/7 grindset" ppl miss out on. Yeah if you put in a lot of time/effort into something you'll get somewhere but if you neglect yourself you'll crash and burn before you make it to where you want to go
I had to start TRT in 2016. 100MG/ML every two weeks. My level should have been at the 600-700 range for a man of my age at that time (39)…it was 82. My doctor came into the patient room with a dose in his hand when he got the first test result. The look on his face was of complete shock. He said he had never seen a number that low before. I had been in a near fatal car accident in 1993. Years of dealing with the aftermath of 22 surgeries dropped my levels drastically. It took until July of this year (2022) for my testosterone level to reach high 600’s. I didn’t notice any real difference in my stamina or sex drive until my levels were in the mid 100’s. It’s not enough to assist me get ripped, but I do have more stamina now than I did before I started the TRT..
It's more of his personality that made him who he is. His health is just a byproduct of his eagerness to improve his craft and entertain which I think is a core personality trait of his.
4, four hour pod casts per week? Amazing. That’s a 16 hour “work” week. Wow that’s super human. And he sits there for four hours at a time talking about his acid trips. Wow. I’m just flabbergasted!
Joe is a beast for real. Enjoys life, does what he loves and also takes care of himself. Being able to combine all three is a true feat. All the best Joe!
Man this really put in perspective for me of how much shit Joe does. The podcast, comedy, UFC, psychedelics and still manage to watch the latest grizzly bear videos bruh Joe's work ethic is fucking commendable 🙏
Working out makes me the laziest person alive , I do as little as I can at work so that I can have the best workout afterwards then after the workout I lay around wanting to do nothing but eat and rest
@wrkwhat do you mean? In my experience, proper food is much cheaper than shit food. I can meal prep for a week for cheaper than any other method, and far healthier
I still remember the one fear factor episode where the contestant got smart and threatened Joe Rogan and Joe in a very professional way told dude "well, you can fuck around and find out if you want"
"The podcasts are 12 hours per week wich must mean he only works 12 hours oer week" "The moonlanding footage is 5 minutes long wich must mean they only spent 5 minutes of work on landing on the moon" Same braindead logic.
Man. I'm glad I get to work 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week of construction, instead of doing 3 or 4, 4 hour (they're not, more like 2-3ish) podcasts a week, plus a few hours working out everyday, and a handful of hours to do comedy. I got it easy man, I got made. Glad I'm not Joe Rogan.
I've Rogan, by far my favorite Podcaster. But calling him super human for doing his job talking into a mic makes a guy like me who works harder doing a more important job feel worthless at times.
@Luxury Beats if you actually worked out you'd understand that speeding through sets isn't exactly efficient for gains. slow your sets down and you'll have better results. though 2 hours is a bit uncommon it's not exactly unheard of. my workout usually takes a bit over a hour to do and pushing close to a hour 30 if i have the energy left for some squat sets too.
This is so true. I gained so much weight during 2 yrs of covid and i turned 30. I lost 30 pounds over 6months and im lighter than i was in my 20s. I dont get tired easily, i meet new people with confidence, my relations with my parents and friends are better than ever before. Ive always thought going broke was a possibility before taking care of myself, but that is not an option to me now. Workout, keep yourself healthy, your life will improve 99.99%
@supernovatjay first couple weeks were the hardest for me, to get my ass up the chair and going to the gym. I never had a workout habit that lasted more than 2 months, but this time around I took it slow. Started with 30-min workout, then as my body began to feel 'lighter', I slowly increased the duration of my workout session. Now I workout for at least 70 minutes , almost everyday. I missed less than 5 days past 6 months of going to the gym. You got this my brother. Good luck.
It's so true. Even when i was just a cleaner (as it was the only job i could get at the time) i was the best cleaner in the business because i was fit and healthy whilst a lot of the other crew were overweight and lazy. I was always given overtime and earned more money than everyone else because i was keen and put effort into the job. Health is everything.
@tom I understand what you're saying. However i purposely said "just a cleaner" as i have found it beneficial to do so. If i knock myself down a peg before anyone else can then they have no power over me. It's a skill i learned through being a cleaner.
Don't say "just" a cleaner. If you do a good job, it doesn't matter what you do. I left my more "prestigious" job to start a cleaning business. I do better work than anyone else, so people are happy to pay me far better than my other job that people percieved more highly.
It's also a scientific based fact, 6 hours of work that is mentally taxing is equal to 8-10 hours of manual labor. That's why if you do construction your foreman, who looks like he's standing around, talking to everyone is paid more! As a woman, who was hired as a helper on an electrical crew, I worked to 3rd in command. This bitxh can read blueprints, therefore I worked... but I told the 6 guys under me what we were doing. But if your a lawyer, your paid better than the guy pouring concrete. I have listened to and watched his podcast. He's not just sitting there no engaging, he's knowledgeable about the topic. I ask, you what's your job? If you don't know what I'm talking about, your the man getting directions not giving them.
@Luka Cupic He stuck with it and usually because of the guests he manages to get on, blew up. That has nothing to do with hard work. He just sits there and talks nonsense. And best podcast? You mean the most popular. There is a difference.
3 or 4 4 hour podcasts a week plus comedy! Wow what an iron man!🤣🤣🤣🤣There’s guys doing 12 hour shifts of hard labor 6 days a week running off nothing but cigarettes and Jim Beam!
After going to a lot of entrepreneur and business conferences since restrictions have raise, I noticed the under 50 crowd is working out a lot and the networking when you are fit seems way more successful
This also includes your mental health, don’t ignore it and shove it aside because you’re too focused on solely maintaining the physical part of it.. It can catch up to you and have severe impacts on your life.
"Joe Rogan is a beautiful example of this.." lol. * I reckon 90% of the working class would f*cking crush it too if we were paid millions of dollars AND had production and post-production crews to handle the bulk of the work. * Unlimited funds will give anyone the time to explore additional 'crafts' and invest in health.
@HomeCooks would you like to meet my boss? I’m sure being a CEO is stressful but not as stressful as being screamed at to work faster whilst already being maxed out, on minimum wage and being called all sorts of profanities. All whilst my boss drinks tea and watches me struggle on. Lol 😂
Finally someone who actually heard what the guy said though lol. Also ya I think it’s interesting the dude chose to talk about Joe during what could arguably be one of the easiest times of his life as opposed to the general populace that has it significantly more difficult than he does. Hell even Joe probably had it harder in his early life lol
@Sahil Squadron I've worked 20 hour shifts on some marine work, I also worked a while at a plant that had multiple big turnarounds and i worked a month straight at 16 hours a day! I work 12 to 16 like it's nothing.
Bro that is soo true I’m looking to become a barber and one of my inspirations and he doesn’t even know it is a local barber and he’s in awesome shape but man he’s there all the time
As my grandma always said movement is life & she was right, she lived to be 104 & in her 80s she would walk miles to go to Walmart.. she had a full head of hair & all her teeth. I hope to live that long & I'd enjoy it as long as my mind was still sharp
Talk to him, perhaps he can mentor you. My boyfriend was a barber when we first met. In highschool he would do fades out of his parents garage aandhe had lineups down his driveway of Friday nights. (This was back when Friday nights were a big deal and young people actually went out and partied on wknd) You can make decent money as a barber here in Toronto. Its a good trade skill and its not like you can be replaced, like other jobs. People will always want/need their hair cut and robots cant do it.. not yet anyway. Plus its a job you can enjoy, meet new people, hang out with the bros. Plus eventually you cant start ur own business and make ur own hours. Hone your craft and you can have a very successful business one day!!
it's easy to take care of your health when you don't have to work 70 hours a week. if all i had to do was do a couple hours of a UFC fight and a 3-4 hour podcast every week I would have unlimited time for the gym too.
Lol I thought this video was going to be about Joes steroid used, I didn't expect this to be about how healthy this guy thinks joe is. Anyway, love you Joe, your podcast is great.
"...Invest in taking really good care of themselves" I didn't know shooting steroids counted towards taking care of yourself. And yes, Rogan 100% is not nat.
That’s one example. There are tons of examples of people who absolutely dominated their business and never took care of themselves or certainly didn’t focus on that.
If its so easy why dont you do it? Brcause ur trash. You cant do it. Youre too bad at it. It takes talent and skill and reserch and hard work to make a podcast that has hundreds of millions of listeners every year.
Dang u can really tell the major loss in muscle mass from the time he was 25 till probably just recently. I thought he uses testastorone supplements....? He might do a lot of cardio to be losing that much muscle and still taking testosterone supplements
Outside the MMA of the fighters that we know of that are public and televised how many gentlemen like Joe Rogan that are wholly and fully qualified to step into that ring but choose not to for whatever reason are out in and amongst the public, there's a lot of warriors that never show their stuff and just keep to themselves, do not think otherwise you would be a fool..... 🙏🏻
My dad is 63 works at frys meat department...all his employees quit on him...he's on day 19 IN A ROW 11 hr days...and as to work thanksgiving....he walked in tonight with tears in his eyes he was holding back...went straight to his room to sleep....i feel bad for him He LITTERALLY hasn't had a day off and won't till after Thanksgiving giving so 26 days in a row.....I'm thinking of calling the BBB cuz my dad won't stand up for himself.. That's how you get successful.
He does what his handlers tell him to do.
Testosterone and hard work is a hell of a combination. Joe has an inhuman work drive
No. Dude couldn’t run two 8 minute miles if his life depended on it. He’s dead scared of cardio which is the most important aspect of health and strength, period!!
@juan almos that’s why he stated trt dummy
@juan almos cry
Dude he gets to fuck around at comedy clubs and then work 6 hours a week. That's not an inhuman work drive, that's straight up privilege, I'd be shredded too if I didn't work 55 hours a week LMAO
Also luck and capitalism
3 to 4 hour podcasts a day every day for a week plus working out
Me working 10-12 hour shifts every single day: 👁️👄👁️
Don't hurt your hand tapping your shoulder
well do you have connections in media? are you taking steroids? did you take your alpha brain supplements? no? there is your problem...
Don't listen to this people bro, they ain't got any class consciousness. Life is not a meritocracy, we are not robots we are human beings and the "capitalist" mindset is trashy and full of lies. Read Grapes of wrath, it's a great book.
Seriously. Joe's job isn't hard at all lol.
So you’re working all those hours and accomplishing nothing? Nice
Which is the actual reality of the situation... lol.

First genuine comment I see on here
yeah but it's better than overworking yourself and not taking care of your body. I see so many ppl do this and then wonder why they become depressed. take care of the mind and body they are one.
holy cow! he does a whole 12-16 hours of podcasting a week? that IS superhuman
😂 you need some hardcore trt for that shit
@1754 I know we live in a digital world and sarcasm is hard to identify sometimes...but c'mon man. I was being sarcastic. And if you know that and still think my comment needed a re-think, I just don't know what to say to that.
Slow brain dont make good choices Gabe... You should think atleast 4 time before writing anything anywhere.
@KiceLee its hard work
Yeah especially when you're having countless joints and drinks with it lol (don't forget roids). Can't believe what kind of shit posts get hyped and people buy it.
Coincidentally the more successful you are financially by honing the skills related to your craft, the more capable you are of investing time & money into taking excellent care of your health... Thanks for this nothing-burger piece of advice!
@AmishTechWizard Appreciate that while you can & hold onto it while you’re able to buddy-l was in precisely that same position 15 years ago.👍
Dude I work 50 hours a week making just above minimum and I’ve got about 20 hours of school each week and my health is the best it’s ever been. Granted I’m 20, single with no kids but your health is worth investing in even if you’re flat broke with no time.
The healthier you eat and the more you workout the more energy you have
The more roids you forgot
@Roman Ebrahim sounds like you want to chat. What's up bud
@Rocky Evans dude shush
i eat good, dont work out, and still have energy. so it varies. stop acting like 1 thing works for all
Ppl with a higher intelligence level also require less sleep because they're less stressed

And someone like u really spent that time writing such a comment in here? you are either troll or really modern and up to these new generations ma man
🔥
I too would like the secret of how to gain the superhuman ability to sustain a 16-hour workweek
How ignorant is this comment?
@famouzCODM bro do you think 16 hours is a lot
@Antonio Rezik you mean scrolling twitter
@rayn First of all that's not a saying, no one has ever said that before lol. Second of all, that's just demonstrably false. Like what the actual fuck? How dumb do you have to be to believe that?
@Antonio RezikRight lol
Ah yes the unheard of task of working a few hours a day 3-4 times a week 😂 cause it truly takes a superhuman to do that
You do realize he sacrificed entertainment and enjoying life to get rich and get somewhere, you losers always knock down successful people because you know you're just in a cycle and too lazy to sacrifice stuff to change your life.
yall that are commenting things like this are so fucking slow in the head its actually scary
@Vinicius Betini exactly joe rogans whole life is work, it may be work he enjoys but it's still working towards progress
Man he seems to have been in excellent shape for most of his life! Props to him!💪🏼🔥
No way!! 3-4 hour pod cast a week for only a couple $100k an episode?? I couldn’t manage. The strength in him is unreal
@Ulises Lopez it wasn’t work for him when he started. It was his hobby that he loved doing and it eventually became hugely successful.
@Jeff Albillar Smart man
@Pizza-p his memory is second to none...hard job in my opinion..
the kick is awesome too
@michael canal You're broke too.
The power of loving what you do, staying motivated, and having great charisma. Joe Rogan is a modern day Rennaissance Man
He has people that plan his entire life. He just goes where he's told and performs. Dude's a champion!
noice loop 👌
and great take. ive started noticing this myself but hearing it from someone and seeing a real life example of how taking care of yourself physically can really improve your life in other ways, really motivates me to continue on this path of betterment
The amount of productivity and functionality you get, both mentally and physically, from a healthy body vs an unhealthy body is underrated.
@Wlaadimir Messro people are just dumb for taking roids... Young men take it at a young age because they want asthetics w out thinking about their future
@user unknown What does he take roids for then? Its not worth it at all for only aesthetics, and I think without most ppl even look better naturally.
@Wlaadimir Messro he doesn't fight
@user unknown Isnt that not legal in martial arts ?
@Wlaadimir Messro yes, he has been for many years
So brave. This needed to be said. So many people don’t know taking care of your health is a good thing. I thought it was bad. This is the first I’m hearing of this. From now on, no more little Debbie’s for dinner. And no more heroine for dessert.
Mr Rogan is highly relatable, intelligent and really interesting! We love him for all that !🙏❤️👋
This is unironically so true and what a lot of the "just work hard all the time 24/7 grindset" ppl miss out on. Yeah if you put in a lot of time/effort into something you'll get somewhere but if you neglect yourself you'll crash and burn before you make it to where you want to go
What’s more superhuman is being able to talk to NDT for a couple of hours
I just heard Joe is a secret homosexual but I don’t see it
I had to start TRT in 2016. 100MG/ML every two weeks. My level should have been at the 600-700 range for a man of my age at that time (39)…it was 82. "it's superhuman" what a joe rogan thing to say
That's true I mean how else would you keep pushing through jf you're burned out? Gotta make the right decisions to keep the momentum going 👑🙏
Love Joe Rogan one of the few I look up too wish I can meet him someday
best advice ive heard in a long time excellent advice
It's more of his personality that made him who he is. His health is just a byproduct of his eagerness to improve his craft and entertain which I think is a core personality trait of his.

Joe's got crazy mad logic , love his podcast's, keep going😜👍
Joe is a beast for real. Enjoys life, does what he loves and also takes care of himself. Being able to combine all three is a true feat. All the best Joe!
*eats a pound of mushrooms
Man this really put in perspective for me of how much shit Joe does. The podcast, comedy, UFC, psychedelics and still manage to watch the latest grizzly bear videos bruh Joe's work ethic is fucking commendable 🙏
My life actually started turning around after i started working out
I couldn't agree more Andrew. Thank you 🙏
The GOAT in commentating a sport.
Working out makes me the laziest person alive , I do as little as I can at work so that I can have the best workout afterwards then after the workout I lay around wanting to do nothing but eat and rest
@Gunnar T exactly buy a bunch of food and make huge batch cooked food then freeze them
@wrk healthier food is cheaper. Dont lie you just make poor food choices, frozen chicken. Vegetables, rice, fruit, vegetables are cheap as hell
@wrkwhat do you mean? In my experience, proper food is much cheaper than shit food. I can meal prep for a week for cheaper than any other method, and far healthier
bru same but dats because my diet is shit and i can’t afford proper food 💀
These dudes gonna go crazy when they figure out I work 40 hrs a week
i didn’t realize rogan was such a beast when he was young
I still remember the one fear factor episode where the contestant got smart and threatened Joe Rogan and Joe in a very professional way told dude "well, you can fuck around and find out if you want"
"The podcasts are 12 hours per week wich must mean he only works 12 hours oer week"
"The moonlanding footage is 5 minutes long wich must mean they only spent 5 minutes of work on landing on the moon"
Same braindead logic.
I love how the title made it look like something illegal when in reality it’s something super healthy that everyone should do lol
Great Statement and extra motivation.
if you take care of yourself good u feel better you have more motivation to do things but tis hard to be consistent
I love how people think sitting and having a chat for a few hours a week is hard work like a 12 hour coal mining shift 6 days a week 😂
I've Rogan, by far my favorite Podcaster. But calling him super human for doing his job talking into a mic makes a guy like me who works harder doing a more important job feel worthless at times.
Lol his podcasts are a few hours long and then he has the whole day to take TRT and work out… wow. Inspiring.
“3 or 4 hour podcasts a week” bruh most people have to to work 8 hrs a day THATS superhuman
@JD_Jelly I wouldn’t say 8 hours of school is comparable to 8 hours of working
Ur a casual
Kids literally go to school 8hours a day every day💀 how tf is that super human😭
@Luxury Beats if you actually worked out you'd understand that speeding through sets isn't exactly efficient for gains. slow your sets down and you'll have better results. though 2 hours is a bit uncommon it's not exactly unheard of. my workout usually takes a bit over a hour to do and pushing close to a hour 30 if i have the energy left for some squat sets too.
U realize 6 yr olds go to school for 8 hours a day and dont even get paid
Man my health and fitness is at its best, I'm still broke though
Love what you do and create something that people like ! BIG MONEY $$$
The man works nearly 20 hours a week. Amazing!
How many u do
3-4, 4 hour podcasts a week and comedy is superhuman...
Imagine if he saw what guys who do 12+ hour day labour jobs in winter go through
This is so true.
Good luck.
Hi
Huh, sitting in a desk for 15 hours a week talking with rich and famous friends the whole time sounds like a lunch break at work to me😂
3 or 4 hr pod casts a week? Sitting down behind a mic, drinking and smoking w/friends?!!! What a warrior!!!!
3 to 4 four hour podcasts a week? Crazy. I once knew a guy who worked 37.5 hours a week! Mad.
I work full time 50 hours a week and work out every other day. I AM SUPERHUMAN 😂
I do better work than anyone else, so people are happy to pay me far better than my other job that people percieved more highly.
where can I watch the full podcast of this please? thanks 😊
+1 if any one knows, would be great to post the name or link to it.
love it. great advice.
Whe the picture of him popped up shocked that shit killed me 😂
Good God. 16 hours a week, talking into a mic, AND he has to go get paid to talk about fighting?
How's he do it? 🤦♂️
3-4 hrs podcast a week??? OMG that sounds like so much work 🤣
@Luka Cupic how many employed? You think Joe does it himself?
What a joke.
@Luka Cupic best podcast in the world? god no wonder 1/3 of men under 30 cant get laid, they watch joe rogan
You seem to have missed the part when he said "UFC, Comedy"
Ever since Fear Factor Joe Rogan holds it down for the best commentator ever!!!
Working 25 hours a week must be SO HARD 🙄🙄
Wow yeah podcasting saying “that’s crazy” all day that really requires superhuman strength
12-16 hours a week @ $62,500 per hour. Man, how does he even survive?
This also includes your mental health, don’t ignore it and shove it aside because you’re too focused on solely maintaining the physical part of it.. It can catch up to you and have severe impacts on your life.
"Joe Rogan is a beautiful example of this.." lol.
* I reckon 90% of the working class would f*cking crush it too if we were paid millions of dollars AND had production and post-production crews to handle the bulk of the work.
* Unlimited funds will give anyone the time to explore additional 'crafts' and invest in health.
3 or 4- 4 hour podcasts a week is superhuman
Me working 6 days a week pulling 12 hours shifts. 😕
Makes you a god lol
@Chase Corrigan like us who built the damn office !
@Sahil Squadron I've worked 20 hour shifts on some marine work, I also worked a while at a plant that had multiple big turnarounds and i worked a month straight at 16 hours a day! I work 12 to 16 like it's nothing.
He's not 25 in this pic, check out how he looked at his first UFC in 1997 when he was 30
He's lean and he's big damn I'm jealous, I can't get any muscle
Man its like having extra test in your system helps out with how you feel
*Joe nodding his head while consuming every drug on earth*
U prolly voted for trump
the first pic of Joe looks like he’s 35-40 not 25 lol
@kurumi tokisakiyou don't know what you are saying.
@julliekoning taking test is not natty bruh lol
he looked younger in his first UFC appearance than there
I agree he looks older than 25
@Butt itcher because most people are lazy
Saying that 4 hours of podcasting A WEEK is superhuman might be the most privileged first-world statement i’ve ever heard lol
He has two part time jobs and more money than I could imagine what to do with
Love him or hate him, he's ripped af at 52
Hyper-competition: a perfect recipe for an unbelievably selfish life.
Bro that is soo true I’m looking to become a barber and one of my inspirations and he doesn’t even know it is a local barber and he’s in awesome shape but man he’s there all the time
@DEAD MEAT JB niggas way to scared to be called gay lol
As my grandma always said movement is life & she was right, she lived to be 104 & in her 80s she would walk miles to go to Walmart.. she had a full head of hair & all her teeth. I hope to live that long & I'd enjoy it as long as my mind was still sharp
Talk to him, perhaps he can mentor you. My boyfriend was a barber when we first met. In highschool he would do fades out of his parents garage aandhe had lineups down his driveway of Friday nights. (This was back when Friday nights were a big deal and young people actually went out and partied on wknd)
You can make decent money as a barber here in Toronto.
@334 ColdestBarber wtf lol just standing is a workout and they even move their arms all the time , being a barber is harder then you think.
one day you gonna be in his position with an up and coming barber looking up to you bro!💪🏽💯
The real trick is finding something you love to do then monetise it
Two of my bullies at work recently died. They barely came into work and bossed people around and they were fat as fuck. I didn't shed one tear.
Joe Rogan is so multifaceted Absolutely Lalalove this good talented man.
it's easy to take care of your health when you don't have to work 70 hours a week. if all i had to do was do a couple hours of a UFC fight and a 3-4 hour podcast every week I would have unlimited time for the gym too.
That’s so real and a good advice.
Thank you
Lol no it’s not you absolute goon 😂
yeah hes taken really good care hes looked 50 since 25
Lol I thought this video was going to be about Joes steroid used, I didn't expect this to be about how healthy this guy thinks joe is. Anyway, love you Joe, your podcast is great.
that's why I run and do weightlifting every single day. In my 40s and I have the same sexual drive and energy when I was 19
"...Invest in taking really good care of themselves"
I didn't know shooting steroids counted towards taking care of yourself. And yes, Rogan 100% is not nat.
That’s one example. There are tons of examples of people who absolutely dominated their business and never took care of themselves or certainly didn’t focus on that.
Elon musk
Damn. Came to say Elon and Warren (especially)
And their physique looks like shit like Elon Musk. Rich in wealth, poor in health.
@Michael Perszonouuuuch. That poor man got dealt a bad hand.
@garrett glass Warren Buffett
Never knew working 3-4 hours a week was working hard and being competitive. I should start leaving work after 4 hrs and expect my full weeks pay 🥴
If its so easy why dont you do it? Brcause ur trash. You cant do it. Youre too bad at it. It takes talent and skill and reserch and hard work to make a podcast that has hundreds of millions of listeners every year.
The bottom line is it's a lot easier when you have that kind of money. PERIOD
You are missing the point bro! Fuck money just be the best version of you! Period.
how do you think he got to that point?
Dang u can really tell the major loss in muscle mass from the time he was 25 till probably just recently. I thought he uses testastorone supplements....? He might do a lot of cardio to be losing that much muscle and still taking testosterone supplements
Outside the MMA of the fighters that we know of that are public and televised how many gentlemen like Joe Rogan that are wholly and fully qualified to step into that ring but choose not to for whatever reason are out in and amongst the public, there's a lot of warriors that never show their stuff and just keep to themselves, do not think otherwise you would be a fool..... 🙏🏻
My dad is 63 works at frys meat department...all his employees quit on him...he's on day 19 IN A ROW 11 hr days...and as to work thanksgiving....he walked in tonight with tears in his eyes he was holding back...went straight to his room to sleep....i feel bad for him

@Vash The Stampede store is in Ahwatukee but frys has hundreds of stores so the chances you will get put in HIS department are low...thanks tho Lil D
@Vash The Stampede would be great...go apply at frys..takes about a month to get hired
like damn do you want me to help your dad out since you obviously wont?
@James Jones it's not my fault ur generation doesn't know if u wanna be male or female...or both smh
3-4 hours of work and some stand up. It's super human 🤣🤣🤣
Bro I literally can't stand myself, how am I supposed to take good care of myself
Me working 7 to 4 every day Monday thru Friday sometimes weekends two plus get a 10 month baby handed to you by baby mama when I get home I still be working out and still be doing my best to be alright waiting for my big break and blessing to come get me out of this whole he knows what I need ! The man upstairs knows what I need to be my full potential
He’s always doped up when I see him. So he’s not taking THAT great a care …… 🤷♀️
The fact that I'm out performing my coworkers is a testament to just how badass I am because my health is shite
Imagine how much more you’d outperform if you were in good health.
