That was definitely a pass the torch moment. By virtue of the fact that WWE chose The Undertaker to build Bray Wyatt’s character in that segment was highly symbolic of one lord of darkness endorsing the new lord of darkness in the WWE. Rather than execute his finisher, the Undertaker passed the buck to Bray so that the spotlight would be on him. Great move. Good job, HHH.

Wyatt's entrance was incredibly well executed. The theme song is especially impactful when it slowly builds as he gets closer to the ring. The lantern is also a nice touch. I'm a fan.

HHH taking over is definitely a good thing... I haven't felt chills like that in a long time. What a moment. Hopefully, this is the start of a return to the Attitude Era
Im 37 and I've been a Taker van since a child, always been my favorite wrestler. That moment made me feel like a child all over again watching greatness. Long live The Undertaker.

Bray may not be able to replicate the legendary careers of Undertaker or Kane, but we have to admit that he has created some of the most memorable characters in recent memory. The firefly funhouse bray, the Fiend, the Cult leader Wyatt and now this version of him that seems to draw from all his previous personas. WWE may bury this one too ( like it did in the past ) but he has had the “whole world in his hands” like no other!
The fact that Bray previously got the best of Kane when he first debuted as The Fiend and now getting recognized by Taker... Yeah LA Knight isn't gonna have a good night at The Royal Rumble

Bray has alot of potential but he needs to bulk up more if he wants to be intimidating, other then just the mask. The lantern is awesome but he needs a better finisher ( more impactful) but I do like him I just think he could be better
This is EPIC! and that's putting it lightly. Undertaker... Whether his character is the Taker of Souls, or the American Badass he just has that aura about him that can't be replicated by anyone. His look and stare downs are priceless! As simple as this was, it was still one of his best "speechless" promos. That plus LA Knight being killer on the mic as always, and of course Bray Wyatt, this segment couldn't be better, even if Taker had chokeslamed Knight. In fact it was best as is.
@J.C. I was an active fan during the original American Badass character and the Kid Rock theme was much better than Rollin', still is, despite how corny Kid Rock is now. It fits the character far better. Rollin' never fit...unless in the context of "Rollin'" to the ring on a motorcycle. it was just used at the time because Limp Bizkit was popular.

Went to a WWE match in Louisville Kentucky around 1999 or maybe 2000 when Undertaker had a casket match with mankind and of course Undertaker won and he walked right by me and I got to Pat him on the back. I'm curious is the Undertaker coming back to WWE, I sure hope so and I'll start watching it again
I don't really watch wrestling anymore but I really feel like Bray Wyatt can take over the Undertaker role, obviously they'll never be another Undertaker but I'm a big fan of Bray and I think he's the guy to fill that hole left by Taker's retirement

This 'passing of the torch' segment. I loved it, that Kid Rock song playing, seeing 'The American Badass' Undertaker, and then seeing these two, face to face for the first time since WrestleMania 31. Awesome. Happy 30th Anniversary RAW, and here's to many more! Can't wait till Saturday at Royal Rumble. Wonder what Undertaker said to Bray at the end though?

This was my Undertaker. I was 8 when he premiered this gimmick and I couldn’t get enough. We all know Undertaker is the deadman, but American Badass is the ultimate Taker to me.
I've only ever been to one show live, and it was a supershow, where they did RAW live, and then taped Smackdown afterwards. They had a bonus match at the end, and we're all waiting, and suddenly the lights went out and the bell began to toll.
The new generation of circus acts and freak shows needs to leave the WWE, if that is the direction the current generations gravitate to humanity is doomed haha.

Always been a huge Undertaker fan. Went to a WWE match in Louisville Kentucky around 1999 or maybe 2000 when Undertaker had a casket match with mankind and of course Undertaker won and he walked right by me and I got to Pat him on the back. I'm curious is the Undertaker coming back to WWE, I sure hope so and I'll start watching it again
We just witnessed…the passing of the torch. the way UNDERTAKER wanted. a new phenom of the industry has been crowned . so proud and happy for bray
I don't really watch wrestling anymore but I really feel like Bray Wyatt can take over the Undertaker role, obviously they'll never be another Undertaker but I'm a big fan of Bray and I think he's the guy to fill that hole left by Taker's retirement
This was amazingly done. Taker basically just said "show him the darkness" and just walked off like the badass he is. 😀
Sorry, not what I meant, I was more saying in the storyline, it could've come off that way, I'm sure taker said something meaningful being once locker room leader. I have no idea what was said, just felt powerful, sorry for confusion

This 'passing of the torch' segment. I loved it, that Kid Rock song playing, seeing 'The American Badass' Undertaker, and then seeing these two, face to face for the first time since WrestleMania 31. Awesome. Happy 30th Anniversary RAW, and here's to many more! Can't wait till Saturday at Royal Rumble.

This was my Undertaker. I was 8 when he premiered this gimmick and I couldn’t get enough. We all know Undertaker is the deadman, but American Badass is the ultimate Taker to me.

I've only ever been to one show live, and it was a supershow, where they did RAW live, and then taped Smackdown afterwards. They had a bonus match at the end, and we're all waiting, and suddenly the lights went out and the bell began to toll.
