Things I didn't have time to talk about/draw but wanted to mention: -when the curtains fell during intermission we liked to dance goofily in the dark right on the stage to get rid of the stage fright jitters in preparation for act 2 haha -group trip to Denny's after the last day of the shows. Every time.
I’ve been in theater a while, and I’ve had to deal with that before. One play, I had gotten the role of Annie in the musical Annie for a community theater, however someone playing one of the minor characters quit all because he didn’t like his part. Like dude really?
5:54 that’s the same chocolate I was selling at my high school back then! My entire first box of chocolate bars were sold to someone from my church and the next day, my chorus teacher was so surprised by this that he gave me another one! I felt like I was given a reward or something! Speaking of theater, in my senior year in high school, my Musical Theater class, in which most of the students were part of my chorus class, started working on a musical called Bye Bye Birdie. It’s place around the sam period that Elvis Presley was popular in the USA from the 1950’s-1960’s this musical’s version of Elvis was a man named Conrad Birdie. Long story short, he’s heading off to the army and the two main characters plan on making a Birdie perform before he heads off. I can’t explain the entire story but it’s on CHclip if you wanna see for yourself. You can also find the playlist of my class actual play in the Freedom High School Hillsborough playlist! Because of my foot surgery back in December of 2015, I was limited to side characters. You’ll see me with a crutch basically. In my first scene, I pretended to be an old man and in my big scene, I played a barber named Charles F. Maude. There was a song in that scene but my chorus teacher cut it out in the end. I had a wonderful time back then and I miss those guys so much! My Chorus and Musical Theater classes were the only good things that came out of my high school!
I help with props at my school theater, we actually have an entire elective class dedicated to building the sets, painting the backgrounds, making the costumes, etc.
Oh man, this was a great story! I actually got into theatre by accident in high school. I had signed up for a debate class that got canceled and the counselor suggested that they needed people in the theatre arts class, so I said “sure, why not?” Well, I went on to have a 15-year theatre career with over 50 productions in several cities. I even got my mother interested, who went on to start her own award-winning regional company. To say that theatre had an impact on my life would be a gross understatement. Your anecdotes brought back so many memories! Salty actors giving other actors unsolicited notes, to that one slacker who never goes off-book, to post-show trips to Denny’s, it was very relatable. Anyway, thanks for sharing your story! I moved to a new city for work right before the pandemic started, so I’ve been out of the theatre scene for some time, and it was very refreshing hearing somebody tell the tale of their first foray into acting. I’m so glad it was such an enriching experience for you, and wasn’t sullied by that “the worst” girl. Believe me, I have taught middle and high school students, and there’s one like that in every class. I’ll never understand why teenagers are so determined to make one-another miserable…
same vibes like when your team mate runs across 4 war zones to revive your dumbass that charged into battle. and then gives you a chance to escape without getting angry at you.
Me : I wish I got a chocolate 🥲 (does school musicals) Also me : gets subway cause norm there’s two musicals in a day and there’s an AM one and a PM one and I get subway in between for lunch My dad : Wha- YOU GET SO MANY FLOWERS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHATS THERE MORE TO WANT!?!? me : IDK IT SOUNDS GOOD
i mean hey i teared up in class because people started talking about unlces and my favorite uncle is 6 feet under right now but i held it in because that is what males do.
I was part of stage crew for 4* (it's complicated) years and even initially went to college for Theatre technology (college for stage crew lmao). theatre is a wild experience, both in good and bad ways but I always recommend people try it, at least once because it can be a huge confidence booster.
You guys are so lucky you have theater, in my country its not a class we can take, and if we can it's only a one year thing with a half assed teacher :/
Sharpay has to be one of the best characters in Highschool Musical. She may seem like a spoiled prissy princess at first, but if u watch the special on her, u can see that she will actually work hard to get what she wants. And instead of throwing a huge fit over not getting what she wanted at the end, she decided to work even harder and work her way up from the bottom
I did the tech and setup for two plays during my high school career, was super fun (and very tiring) we spent a lot of time programming presets for lights and sound, and seeing it all come together on show night was magical (if incredibly stressful)
Your videos are like a soothing massage for the soul. Between the always adorable art style and your light-hearted story telling, I keep coming back to your videos when I just need to feel…good. Thank you for always putting so much love into these 😁
I was casted as the lead in my first play ever in 6th grade. It was absolutely terrifying, especially since my other cast mates were all in 7th or 8th grade, and they all wanted the role. It also doesn’t help that I was shy asf. I ended up learning all my lines though, and although we missed some cues during our shows, it was an amazing experience and I’m still doing theatre now!
You know what? I´ve seen this video over 30 times already and I keep coming back to it a few times each year. I just love the story and how you tell it, so what the heck, i´ll say it. This is my favorite video in youtube. Once and again, thanks Emi.
I love theater. It is my main hobby besides singing and it’s kind of like therapy. I love the feeling at the very end with the audience clapping and cheering. It always makes me smile out of sentiment at how far we’ve come with the show
I did my first musical this year! We’re a small town, so we cast everyone, and it was really fun. And then the teacher who’s directed for about the last 5 years was fired. Coincidentally, this teacher taught choir as well as part of speech and directed colorguard. Great.
I joined theatre for the 1st time in 7th grade, when my general anxiety about stuff was at its peak. and I gotta say, something about the way you just drop your shame at the door when you step into a meeting really helped me. like, if you look or feel stupid, chances are so does everyone else and it's honestly so fun
I'm in a Drama Club in my school and that means I am always part of a drama play production. (Until Primary 6) (I chose this club) But since there is a pandemic this year, we had to record it ourselves and send it to the teacher then the editors (the editors are students that volunteered to be editors) would have to piece together the clips. So now the play turned into a series. It was in Episode form.
I remember my first high school play. I completely froze on the first scene. Like I was fine every scene afterwards and I killed it in the second day but that first scene was like I’d never read the script
In 5th grade, we did the play of Olivia. I decided to audition for a main role, but backed out last minute due to anxiousness. I ended up auditioning for a smaller role, although I messed it up.. a lot, I stuttered loads, and I kept forgetting to speak loud. The only good point about my audition, was that I was the only one who memorised the lines! I ended up getting the role of Emily, a poor orphan girl who goes out and collects for charity. During our auditions I began to speak louder, and even though I only had 4 lines, multiple people complimented my improvement. On the night of the our 2 plays, I was extremely nervous while getting dressed, while doing my makeup I kept having to ask people if it looked alright and if the night was going to go ok. Emily came in on scene 4 and 5, and during scene 3, I started to feel more comfortable… then the fire alarm rang. It was a false alarm, but still shook me a lot and my delivering was a bit jittered in scene 4 but in scene 5 I eased up. I’ve always enjoyed theatre, but I get extremely stage-fright, that is the main reason that I struggle with progressing in my guitar and piano.
man I love theatre, been in two plays and two musicals, going into my junior year hoping to get a lead this year. Catch me if you can is one of my favorite musicals!
The cast list for my schools play just came out! I’m an unnamed priest who has a page of lines in act 3! Pretty underwhelming, but I’m just glad I got a part! I hope it’s alright for a Freshman haha.
Ah yes theater, good times. I loved being part of the Sound and Light crew. We had the power to turn off all the mics and lights and make your life miserable if we lost respect. We control the show, you are all the puppets. I miss those days.
Seeing someone else enjoy theatre and talking about it is really awesome. As a fellow stage actor I and can say that the anxiety and pain that is involved with acting is just like your experience. It really brings a smile to my face to see someone talking about acting in this way. Though I late to comment on this, it awesome to see. Keep up the great videos, my favorite CHclipr 🥹.
I can relate so hard to this one. I took theater just recently in my senior year - and it was the best decisions I had ever made. I started on tech crew but decided to audition for the last show of the year. Also can’t believe how similar the dropout experience was - We also had a dropout… except that mine had 3 dropouts. It was definitely an experience to pick up extra roles but we made it through.
Just finished my last performance in the pit orchestra for my schools musical and it was such a good experience I wish I wasn’t graduating this year so I could do it again
I love theatre, too! And I'll always advocate for it in high school. Even if you don't appear on stage, there's tons of opportunities backstage, from lighting to set building to costumes to stage management. You gain a lot of confidence in yourself, make great friends...and get ALL the gossip!!
Dude. I had worse vision than my father for like, half my life until I got laser eye surgery. I wore glasses through the entirety of middle and high school, and I would also take them off when I was on the stage. Thankfully, I was near-sighted enough that I could see everything without running into anyone or anything. Also, Mr. C sounds like he was an AWESOME teacher and director!
I had a pretty good theater teacher, he was a lot like Mr. C except he was very passionate about his work. Whenever we would be practicing a scene and we nailed it, he would stand up cheering and clapping. Made us feel really good.
My high schools “Bethany” wasn’t outwardly rude but you could tell she was entitled and desperate to get the directors attention. Unfortunately for the rest of us, my director never really cared about how the actors behaved outside of rehearsals and since she always went all out, he ended up casting her more. He also had a bit of an issue in that he would really only cast kids in lead roles who were also in his chorus class and I never had any interest in that class so my chances of getting a lead were very slim despite being just as talented as the other kids along with having a lengthy list of past performances.
The only thing you shouldn' give me is any type of guns (but if theres no bullets that fine cuz i can close range combat with it if it has a knife on it) and long weapons
When I was in school, we did one or two plays of some sort every year since we were small. I was in almost every one of them, I often for important secondary roles like the Witch or the Servant, I was the Rose in "le petit prince". It was fun! I preferred these roles to those which required loads and loads of words to learn.
I've been playing cello for years now, and I at some point played with a pianist. She told me that eating some chocolate (especially dark chocolate) before playing on stage can help play better. Now idk if it has an actual effect, or is it just me convincing myself that it works, but either way, it does.
As a theatre kid, I ADORE theatre. I love seeing other people's experience's, cause to me one of the best parts about theatre is all about how each show is super unique!
I was in a Shakespeare play before, so I know how hard it is to learn. We also had someone who didn't show up a lot, but that was mainly because he couldn't, and yet he was amazing during the show along with being a main character for one of the 3 groups (We were doing Midsummer Nights Dream, so there's a lot going on). Theatre is a blessing and it gives you so many skills that can help you in life. Thank you for sharing your theatre experience!
I think storytelling falls into drama so yes, telling stories and animating them definitely falls into acting, mostly reenacting things you've already gone through, considering how captivating these videos are.
I performed once a year for 7 years from age 6 to 13, I really loved performing and I still love it, I never really had a problem with confidence when acting and performing and it made my confidence for presenting stuff in class better but somehow after all this time I have a problem with my confidence when just normally talking in public sometimes, maybe it's because I really get focused in the thing that I'm saying and doing and don't think about the people and then when just talking This goes away.
Oh, I LOVED to perform in school theater! We mostly done original scripts, and I've played Swamp Monster first time, Santa Claus second, third and fourth times and The God fifth time. It was super fun, except that one time when girl who played devil accidentally smash my ass with the whip during the rehearsal. The whole experience greatly helped me during student conferences in my university years
That no glasses hack is super smart! As someone who’s also blind and interested in doing theater I’ll most likely be using it when I hopefully start preforming in the musical my schools doing (ofc in order to do that I have to know what part I got, but either way thanks for the helpful hack Emily 👍)
In my previous school, we always did plays in the fall before Thanksgiving break, and musicals in spring before spring break. We did The Music Man, Aladdin, The Cat in the Hat, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory etc. We were supposed to do Beauty and the Beast last year but it got cancelled 'cause of covid. I participated in every single one of these performances and they were all so much fun.
Speaking of Drama class, back when I was in High School I had recited a few of E.A. Poe's works. The people I recited them to have said numerous times that I should take Drama classes because apparently I am quite talented in Drama because I add my own dramatic flair to the stuff I recite. To this day, I have never joined a drama class in my life(at least to my knowledge).
I was in Les Mis this year as a Freshman, and I was in the chorus. Even though I was destroyed in every way, it was really fun! Everyone was extremely supportive, and made it an extremely fun experience. I’m super excited for next year, and your stories sounded quite fun!
About the person who had a small role in the 2nd play and was a slacker: I played a fairly small role in my schools first play after COVID hit. My character was named Rach (short for Rachel). We did The Curse of Macbeth (our director paid to let us use the script and there’s nothing I can find about it. Only Macbeth) it’s about this drama class that has the notorious Mr. Beck, the gym teacher, as their substitute because Mrs. Mac (their drama teacher) was out sick. Out of everything, they choose scenes from Macbeth. Now, even though I played a small role that wasn’t really a main role (and by personal choice by one of the main characters and me, was friends with one of the main characters, and by personal choice by myself, had a small crush on one of the main roles because I was actually crushing on the person cast as that role but sjhfiehd) I still showed up to rehearsals everyday and worked hard to do my best with characterization and tone. Hell, I even brought some concealer for makeup crew because they didn’t have my exact skin tone. I even discussed with the mean girls things we could do (ex. In the final show, we had decided that in sync, “Claudia” and “Tiff” would push me, “Rach”, and “Jacinta” off of their seats) so seeing someone with a small role and not putting in effort to come to/participate in rehearsals really angers me because a lot goes into plays, especially Shakespeare. I learned that when learning Rach’s lines for “5 Minute Macbeth”
i got really happy when they changed the perry character to a lesbian named paris without any problems, it wouldve be cute to see hopeless romantic pining even if the character wasn't a lesbian but it still made me really excited because i like seeing representation even if it's small
Funnily Enough In My HS We Do Many Plays but We Have Run Into A Complication We Are An All Boys School So Yes We Make Things GAY! (Although I Have A Very Feminine Voice Face And Body Type So I Play A Girl And The Audience Doesn’t Seem To Notice!)
when I was in elementary school( I'm just leaving it though) I was apart of the drama club from grade 2 or 3 to the end. I loved it so much, I was either a main character or a side character, I performed with some of my friends and some randoms and it was so fun, it really did improve my self esteem and confidence
I love theater (although I’ve only done musical theater), and I’ve only had minor roles so far, but I will say I’d be screwed with the memorization if I got a bigger role (my last was Mrs. Phelps in Matilda Jr.)
I'm gonna be a senior and for my last year, I wanted to try theatre. I put it as my 4th option on the registration list because I'm not 100% sure if I'd enjoy it, but after watching this video it made me wish I had at least put it 3rd or second. To try out something new and everything
i have actually just started middle school, and i chose theater as one of my electives. i did 3 other plays this year, all at camps. two of them i did at an over night camp that ive been going to for 4 years, and isnt like a specific type of camp, and the other play was at a one-week theater day camp. we actually arent doing an already existing play though, we are going to make our own, which is what i have done in all the plays ive been in. theres also a reaaaaally cute guy in my theater class. hes in like 5 other classes with me. anyways, i am also exited for this year since my theater teacher is so fun!! she even makes attendance fun. wish me luck!
My brain: * doesn't remember 90% of what happened in my High School days * Also my brain: *_The remaining 10% are just embarrassing moments that I cant forget_*
As a guy in theater and in my last year being in theater has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend doing it. It’s so much fun and I’m so glad I did everything I did
My town has a local theater program and they do lots of cool shows! The director is so nice! Most of the time in the shows,we do Disney shows and they were so much fun!At the time I’m posting this it’s my last year and we’re doing Seussical the musical! In summary, theater is really fun,and you should do it!It boosted my confidence and overall its really fun!❤️
Dreading embarrassing yourself and letting everyone on your team down: another unfortunate side effect of Hunger. So grab a Snickers, packed with peanuts, caramel and chocolate. Snickers: don't let hunger happen to you. Why do I still have this commercial memorized?
I watched this the day before the first day of middle school and I had theatre arts in my schedule so I was super excited and honestly it’s been so much fun!!
I think it has been 7 years since the last time I set foot on stage. I miss theater. I think you just inspired me to go back and try for my Uni theater club!
The timing of this coming up in my recommendations is amazing! I got casted as one of the main characters for a one act play "How to survive a horror movie" I relate to you in a way except there isn't a Bethany or anything like that lol,,,
My school is doing their show right now, and since I’m part of the ensemble, I decided to gave myself the job of memorizing every line of every song by practicing every day. It’s nice to know it all, but now I have the problem of having to force myself not to sing everyone else’s parts because I know them well, TOO well maybe! So I just mouth the words to myself backstage while other people sing.
I also recommend getting a part in a play! Even if you're not an actor, it's super fun. I played the bass in musical pit, and I was so genuinely happy every time.
I remember my first school play I did "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". I had more dancing roles than singing roles but that was fine.
Things I didn't have time to talk about/draw but wanted to mention:
-when the curtains fell during intermission we liked to dance goofily in the dark right on the stage to get rid of the stage fright jitters in preparation for act 2 haha
-group trip to Denny's after the last day of the shows. Every time.
niceeee
A way to put it Bethany's a bish
Bethany was pick-me girl and there's plenty at my middle school (1 year after the vid was uploaded)
ohh!!
E
Whoa you had someone refuse to learn their lines and then drop out days before the show too? That's so funnnnnnnnnnn 🙃
I know right
I’ve been in theater a while, and I’ve had to deal with that before. One play, I had gotten the role of Annie in the musical Annie for a community theater, however someone playing one of the minor characters quit all because he didn’t like his part. Like dude really?
yes very!!!
I guess all in Theatre Club knows that feeling TvT
Of course, you'd be here for the musical theater video.
"O, Bind him, Bind him! Let him not come near me. Soley Stop!"
Can't stop laughing from this line 🤣
That line had me dying 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah. If it were me, I’d respond with any Macbeth line from the last act of Macbeth.
My friend, You are 100% correct
11:07
Genuine fear In her eyes 🍄🤣😂
"To put it kindly, Bethany was the worst" best emily quote ever
And that was *kind.* imagine if it *wasn’t.*
As someone who does theater, I can confirm, theatre is a fun way to be someone else. It’s like an escapism
I can confirm
I sooo wanna join Theater
@N. Z. Saltz okay
@flasche you don't have to apologize, it's not offensive or anything! just wanted to let you know for the future
@N. Z. Saltz oh ok sorry- i´ll correct give me a second

Theater was something I wish I dabbled in, but I did help paint some sets in highschool!
It’s chaos
YOOOO ART CLUB GANG AKA THE STAGE DESIGN AND EVENT DESIGN GANG ANND CLEANUP GANG WOOOO
I help with props at my school theater, we actually have an entire elective class dedicated to building the sets, painting the backgrounds, making the costumes, etc.
Yeah, painting sets is what I do for theater
I remember doing something like that but me and the boys would see how fast we could eat the paint
11:09 that made me roll around in extreme laughter lol but mr c was a material gworl and has many secrets
Emily: Nervous about the play.
Random Guy: Have a Snickers, your not yourself when your hungry.
I swear It’s so sweet when I heard that dude gave her the chocolate Bar.. I wish someone did that to me- but still it’s so sweet:]

The dude giving a chocolate was the most wholesome thing entirely

That dudes chocolate bar could’ve unleashed a whole new anime webtoon drama
Ye

“Perry was changed into a lesbian named Paris”
My lesbian heart is sobbing
Real
Awfully progressive for however long ago that was
Whoever decided that the role of Perry should be changed into a lesbian should be nominated for an oscar
i know, right? i mean, back in the 2010s i think and no one complained or batted an eye at that change, especially? amazing progressive feelings.
8:36 this moment makes me laugh, even after watching over and over
“ *I WILL GOUGE THEE EYES OUT* “
That terrifying and I want to laugh
i mean hey i teared up in class because people started talking about unlces and my favorite uncle is 6 feet under right now but i held it in because that is what males do.

Where did you find college for stage crew??
i also want to go for a collage for stage crew????
Hey Baka! That is very interesting to hear! I love that talent! LOL
Honestly glad I'm Australian since I've been doing high school theatre for four years and ive got two more left :)

Ngl, your theatre experience straight up sounds like a slice of life anime plot.
NISEKOIII
@Little1Cave The 2nd season of Fruits Basket has a theatre subplot that's super entertaining
@Little1Cave i mean there is one game called A3! and it has an anime series too and it is literally about theatre
Shall we make one that way
@Little1Cave I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but you could try 'Kabukibu' !
Your Mr.C sounds like an awesome guy if he was able to give general projecting directions in the middle of an audition no less. Such a swell guy:)
I was casted as the lead in my first play ever in 6th grade. It was absolutely terrifying, especially since my other cast mates were all in 7th or 8th grade, and they all wanted the role. I love how that school is fine with people being LGBTQ+ since Paris was a lesbian and they kept it like that
Shout out to Mr.C, he sounds like a fantastic teacher
I vote Mr. C for being gifted “The Most Savage” award
I second that

You know what? I´ve seen this video over 30 times already and I keep coming back to it a few times each year. I just love the story and how you tell it, so what the heck, i´ll say it.
This is my favorite video in youtube.
Once and again, thanks Emi.
it's only been one year
The amount of respect I have for mr. C is insane ✨✨

Great.

I mean it’s hard to believe she can play a mean character to tbh
10:55 thr voice kinda sounded like heather chandlerr
I love how they were straight up like "Screw getting more men, lets make them lesbians."
He he he, straight. XD
that was my favorite part
@Dank DIO BAHAHHAAH-
they werent "straight" up like, hehe hehe, ok fine ill go to brazil i deserved it
@Seraphy Wang well, it was more like an alternative solution to a boy drought.

*jesus christ*
Look at adrianas lines!!! I’ve always been impressed by theatre but the script really shines
That guy who just passed a chocolate, give that man a medal
how is the search going lol
@EliteFire68_YT Find him!!!!
I'll make a rescue team I'll get the government and everything to find that me you with or what?
iirc, man really learn Dazai Osamu's first trick with girls: give girls sweets when they feel sad, it generally make them feel better.
@S Alam I'm thinking of a name hmm senpai no choclate lol
That was so great to watch. I'm glad you enjoyed doing the play at your school!
Just finished my last performance in the pit orchestra for my schools musical and it was such a good experience I wish I wasn’t graduating this year so I could do it again
I love how relatable this is
oh being in plays is AMAZING. It's like all of you are FAMILY. I have only ever been in one play, but I'd really love to do more.
Shout-out to my boy Jesús though, hope he's doing well now. He deserves the best of everything for that chocolate bar.
@Addison The Cat I feel like I’ve seen you comment somewhere else
JeSUS
@Maskim Galgo haha how is that so good
@Addison The Cat the lord is amomg us
@Abc JESÙS IS SUS 😳
I love this story cuz its so inspirational to go to a theater club:))
Every one needs a friend like that guy who gave her the chocolate bar
I love theatre, too! And I'll always advocate for it in high school. Even if you don't appear on stage, there's tons of opportunities backstage, from lighting to set building to costumes to stage management. You gain a lot of confidence in yourself, make great friends...and get ALL the gossip!!
I've always wanted to perform in A Comedy of Errors
"... I just don't know if Bethany can play a nice character"
*and the award for the teacher of the year goes to...*
That was the most shadiest
the part where mr c gave emily advice just showed me hes the kind of teacher who actively tries to help struggling students(aka the best)
That guy was at least honest xD
@Delli maybe its because age means "yaş" in turkish
mr. c!!!
I really like how you tell the story and your draws ❤️
bethany: the role of luciana (the nice one)
emily: the role of adriana (the mean one)
oh how the turntables.
@Katotoka no they meant turntables xD it's an office reference haha
you mean tables turn?🤣😂
The only thing you shouldn' give me is any type of guns (but if theres no bullets that fine cuz i can close range combat with it if it has a knife on it) and long weapons
@SkySensei respecc
I will forever respect the turntables reference
Thank you for sharing your theatre experience!
old man's voice was perfection
@Erwin Smith well I think it is but it is a therter mask too so
@Snobsy chill why would they be?
@Jhon Sierra Internet Neckbeard don't need to get mad about it.
I kinda doubt it
👌
I think storytelling falls into drama so yes, telling stories and animating them definitely falls into acting, mostly reenacting things you've already gone through, considering how captivating these videos are.
I performed once a year for 7 years from age 6 to 13, I really loved performing and I still love it, I never really had a problem with confidence when acting and performing and it made my confidence for presenting stuff in class better but somehow after all this time I have a problem with my confidence when just normally talking in public sometimes, maybe it's because I really get focused in the thing that I'm saying and doing and don't think about the people and then when just talking This goes away.
Same here.
Though for me, it was doing piano recitals.
The guy who gave you the chocolate must’ve been nice. Props to him for being empathetic.
@Emirichu that’s great! :D
@Bethany o-o
@Emirichu People from your high school went to yale????omg how good was your school? or was he just that good lol
@Emirichu Noice
@Bethany BAHAHA
I’m super excited for next year, and your stories sounded quite fun!
god connor is awesome again with the voice acting!
ALSO AMAZING VIDEO EMILY :)
Emily: *holding back tears from anxiety*
Random dude with chocolate: *come this is no place to die*
@Opughku Yesterday was the 20th day of the 4th month it was 420 😈

Mr.C is ConnorDawg!
About the person who had a small role in the 2nd play and was a slacker:
I played a fairly small role in my schools first play after COVID hit.
I love how they decided that they went “not enough guys? Just make it gay!” I love that we can do that more without it being wrong
i got really happy when they changed the perry character to a lesbian named paris without any problems, it wouldve be cute to see hopeless romantic pining even if the character wasn't a lesbian but it still made me really excited because i like seeing representation even if it's small
Funnily Enough In My HS We Do Many Plays but We Have Run Into A Complication
We Are An All Boys School So Yes We Make Things GAY!
(Although I Have A Very Feminine Voice Face And Body Type So I Play A Girl And The Audience Doesn’t Seem To Notice!)
@Sion Rouse Seems like the homophobes have deleted their comments. Great job person! :)
If you got to choose if you were gay or straight everyone would be straight because of HOMOPHOBIA i can be legally murdered in some countries
Lgbtq people need more representation! I’m definitely niether cis nor het and when they just made it gay my heart was 𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑔!
when I was in elementary school( I'm just leaving it though) I was apart of the drama club from grade 2 or 3 to the end.
My brain: * doesn't remember 90% of what happened in my High School days *
Also my brain: *_The remaining 10% are just embarrassing moments that I cant forget_*
Me who hasn't gone highschool yet :"I see welcom to memory loss town brain!😂"
Memoriiii
The pancake archon
@CaliPupcorn thank you for explaining, I wouldn't have known this because I am not part of the fanbase, so again, thank you.
@Paper Jam Productions the dude is known for being a mega simp for a character names Noelle from Genshin Imapct.
As a theater kid myself, this video is always a delight to watch!
i’ve been thinking about theatre for a while now and this really makes me want to try it !!!
Dude who passed Emily the chocolate was like:
*”Shh, it’s ok have a Snickers.”*
do people like snickers i dont
…
PFFFFFT- BAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA-
Dreading embarrassing yourself and letting everyone on your team down: another unfortunate side effect of Hunger. So grab a Snickers, packed with peanuts, caramel and chocolate. Snickers: don't let hunger happen to you.
Why do I still have this commercial memorized?
@[Kiara Wu] Easy money for Snickers potentially, what a waste
lmao
I watched this the day before the first day of middle school and I had theatre arts in my schedule so I was super excited and honestly it’s been so much fun!!
I think it has been 7 years since the last time I set foot on stage. I miss theater. I think you just inspired me to go back and try for my Uni theater club!
The timing of this coming up in my recommendations is amazing!
I got casted as one of the main characters for a one act play "How to survive a horror movie"
I relate to you in a way except there isn't a Bethany or anything like that lol,,,
My school is doing their show right now, and since I’m part of the ensemble, I decided to gave myself the job of memorizing every line of every song by practicing every day. It’s nice to know it all, but now I have the problem of having to force myself not to sing everyone else’s parts because I know them well, TOO well maybe! So I just mouth the words to myself backstage while other people sing.
Can we just take a moment of silence for how surprisingly soothing Conner's voice is
It reminded me of the book voice from fresh nier replicant
Ok... Definitely not confuse cause it's in the description
Eh?
It took me off guard
You mean unsurprisingly😂
I also recommend getting a part in a play! Even if you're not an actor, it's super fun. I played the bass in musical pit, and I was so genuinely happy every time.
My school do shows almost every half term and I’m so excited to take part! Granted, I’m a little nervous but I’ll be ok after seeing this video
I remember my first school play I did "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". I had more dancing roles than singing roles but that was fine.
