Watching them put a whole sleeve of mentos in diet coke IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STUDIO was like watching a car crash in slow motion

Love how Arin was the one to be like “are you nuts this would be so bad” and the crew is just like “do it” with the coke and mentos as if this was the one time Arin showed full boss mode

Knowing that they recorded the Coke and mentos before anything else makes every other episode marginally funnier

Unbelievable... I spent a 10 hour shift dealing with busted lava lamps that froze in the cold and leaked *everywhere* and I _JUST_ told my friend I never want anything to do with lava lamps ever again. Dan said, "I think it's supposed to be a lava lamp" and I nearly screamed

You know it’s bad when Arin of all people is worried about making a mess

I have never genuinely laughed so hard than when that coke bottle EXPLODED immediately

5:08 Dude it just blew up so immediately. Like, immediately immediate. Dan’s safety dive, A-Dog trying to “spare” the set, and the screams of panic. All in all, a successful experiment that taught my done valuable, everyday life lessons.

So... When Dan said "mls" out loud as "moles" my instant reaction was "wow, this set is really precise, but good on them for teaching real chemistry" and then I realized...

I think my favorite thing about this show is just how clean and professional it is.

* Dan's reaction to the slime. There was something very melodical to his ".... OOooooh nOOOOOoOoOo!!!", like it was the start of a song.

* Dan insisting on swearing despite being told he can't.

I actually laughed out loud when Dan put the Mentos in the Coke and it just immediately exploded more energetically than anyone expected.
I would really hate to be the one to clean up the studio though.

The chaos of this episode reminds me of some of the best episodes of season one. There's so many good bits from Dan & Arin, to the camera work, to the editing

I get my daily dose of dopamine everytime Dan says "YOU LIEED TO ME" with the NJ accent, and when he forgets he can't curse on the show. **chef's kiss**

When I was a teenager, I was at a sleepover where we decided at 2am to go into the street and pour a pack of mint mentos into a bottle of diet coke. The stream went 10-15ft in the air... so seeing them attempt to do that INDOORS was practically the reason I clicked on the video.

I honestly can tell it's a mix between the old season and the new season and I love it
I miss this individual chaos of those two just having fun

the intro always makes me emotional like the music goes so well with all the pictures of the moments they had in this show

I used to work as a kind of "entertainer" in a children's science museum, and any time they wanted the kids to participate the table would look more or less like this table looks by the end. So, you've definitely captured the children's science experiment energy.
