I love how her stepdad is actually just a wholesome sword dork. Hope we see him in the next season.
I really appreciated the bit where he’s asked about his hearing loss and it’s just the montage of him getting blown up. It’s shows that he’s a war vet and you don’t come out unscathed
This show was actually far more fun and enjoyable than I could’ve imagined. I really liked it!
Clint is relatable
Honestly, I actually loved this show - Clint being so utterly done with it all helped. The Kingpin thing could have been done better, but let's face it, he's not dead.
Loved the show for two reasons.
Let’s be honest, this show had some of the most relatable stakes in the entire MCU because I was about to get real mad if they didn’t get Clint back home in time for Christmas.
This is honestly my favourite MCU TV-show. Kate is great and the dynamic between her and Clint is fantastic. Don't have much to say about the villains, but seeing them work off each other kept me entertained all the way through.
Yelena and Kate show. The two have fun chemistry. Hailee is a good actress and really excels in all of her roles. So good to see her take on Kate Bishop. Hopefully we see more from her.
I actually loved and really enjoyed the show. It was really funny, had realistic stakes and the chemistry between Clint and Kate was absolutely amazing. Did an incredible job of handling Clint's grief and survivor's guilt while introducing an amazing new character and having really cool action sequences. Post credit scene was a dud tho.
I always thought they way they used Clint having a family was brilliant, in that it really grounded the entire franchise.
Not every Marvel Netflix character can have the best anything like Matt’s “I am just a really good lawyer” line in No Way Home
The point about Laura trusting Clint to stay in the city with a hot 22-year-old college student is spot on. That “dude she’s ex-SHIELD, she’s gonna find those texts and they DO NOT look good” joke slayed me. 😂💀
I also loved seeing Clint LARP with the cops. When they came out in their superhero suits - it was priceless! And I went nuts over the after credits Broadway number “I Can Do This All Day” that featured several real Broadway stars/vets.
I didn't mind this show. Small stories are still important to those who live them. I like Hawkeye.
I'm so glad they pointed out the similarities between this and Arrow because Eleanor Bishop really gave me Moira Queen vibes (and both their kids are archer vigilantes lol)
“In a multiverse full of possibilities, even the lamest ideas must exist.” Cmonn, Hawkeye’s not that bad
this series was so wonderfully awesome and wholesome that i didn’t even notice how kate’s text msgs to clint could be taken out of context 😭🤭
Frankly, I loved the way Hawkeye was in this. Dude seriously was just a normal dude with amazing training.
At the end he adopts Kate, but he didn’t adopt Wanda, which is why she went all BIG SAD and started LARPing her favorite TV shows
